if anyone finds a way to recreate that smell please let me know, i'll be expirementing with clorox and chlorine see if i can get close to the smell starting with those 2, but if anyone else has any ideas, please chime in

Do be careful... Mixing chemicals at home can be very dangerous!

You are probably going to need more bromine than chlorine (I don't think they actually use chlorine)...and somehow get some mildew to form.

Let us know if you find a magical combination to recreate the scent! Be careful though...if you are going to mix chemicals do it in a well ventilated area!

I used to LOVE the smell of the Mexico pavillion. After the rehab, it no longer smelled the same. Honestly, it was a HUGE disappointment for me

A. you can and prob. will get sick
B.its dangerous to play with chemicals

Ha! me too! This restaurant also pipes the smell outside, so I just take a walk by it whenever I can. They have wood fired pizzas, and the fire smell comes out but strangely, not the pizza smell. Love it.
