Where

OKW. Just look at those well-themed trash cans. So immersive, so magical.

I didn’t take very many notes, and I have a pretty horrible memory(must’ve bumped my head on too many things), but I will try to recall as much as I can!

Day three continued.

Captain Jack was out and about practically begging people to come meet him(seriously the park was very slow this day). We gladly obliged.

We did a little bargaining about some treasure he was needing help finding.

We had one more attraction in Adventureland we needed to do. Jungle cruise had a post wait of 105 minutes. Seriously. 105 minutes. One look at the not so full queue told me that was clearly way off. We decided to go for it. This was definitely our longest wait of the day, but was still under 30 minutes(although that boring queue makes it seem longer).

A says I need the medicine on the right! 😂

On our last trip back in December we were able to use an multiple experience FP LL on jungle cruise despite it being exempted from that list thanks to our buddy Skipper Carl. Well, guess who our skipper for this trip was.

Carl did a great job again and remembered us apparently because he made a joke about us being crazy enough to take another cruise with him.

I actually like the new scenes. Unlike pirates, they don’t contradict the theme of the attraction.

Lunch was at a place we’d never tried. Pinocchio Village Haus. The kids pizza meal is quite a bit of food. It’s not great pizza, but I’ve had worse. I think. Maybe.

It was pretty comfortable in the shade, so we ate up on the balcony with a nice view.

There's so many ways I could go with this but I think I'll just leave this one alone.

Day three continued.

Following lunch we decided to check out Mickey’s philharmagic. I thought the new Coco scene was fine. It’s nice to see an update and the film is looking fantastic.

Next up was the TTA people mover. You know we wouldn’t miss this one! Orange cones were aplenty.

I feel like the MK really needed a futuristic themed roller coaster in Tomorrowland. It’s what they were really lacking.

It was time to head over to Adventureland for dessert. If you know me at all you know where we were going.

Day three continued.

After listening to the birds sing(and creak) we had only one destination in mind. The one and only, original, country bear jamboree!
The marching band was coming by while we waited.

Can you believe I didn’t take one single picture during CBJ?! I was far too busy clapping my hands and stomping my feet. Don’t worry though, we’ll revisit this later in the trip!

The parade was mere minutes away as we exited back out into Frontierland. We decided to watch since there were so many open spaces.

Day three continued.

Since we were somewhat close by, and the wait was short.

We rarely spend an entire day in the parks and are usually gone by early afternoon for a midday break. It was nearing 3 pm and we were getting hot and tired. It was time to head for the exit.

But there was one more ride with no wait.

Day three continued.

Even though it was only 3:30 in the afternoon The bus stop was in full on park closing mode. There was a bus waiting on us with another one close behind it. We made it to our room without issue and had time for a little break before heading to the boat for DS.

Our server noticed the issue before we even said anything and brought us some fresh rolls. Much better!

Our waitress had a trainee following her everywhere she went. Eventually I guess she decided to let the trainee have our little table for two all by herself. This clearly wasn’t her first waitressing gig though, as Katie did an excellent job taking care of us.

A had her usual fish tacos. She was very satisfied with her meal.

I wasn’t really in the mood for seafood and decided to try the buffalo burger instead. The burger was cooked to perfection and delicious! The spice was nice but didn’t overwhelm the flavor of the meat.

We finished our evening at DS by stopping by everglazed donuts for breakfast the next day. We took a bus back to OKW and called it a much needed early night.
