Here are my choices:

Horizons
World of Motion
Dreamflight (I was a little girl, I don't remember if this is the right name)
Original Journey into Imagination
Alien Encounter
Mr Toad's Wild Ride
Pleasure Island (I never got to see it, but every time my parents went there and I had to stay at the hotel I promised myself I would visit when I was old enough)

Great Big Beuatiful Tomorrow is the original CoP song actually.

I miss the old Disney World that somehow seemed like less of a business and more of a place designed for family fun.

Live guides on Living with the Land. This is sorely missed from the overlooked attraction. The guides always made me feel more immersed in the attraction and without it seems just like a run of the mill boat ride. You could always count on a different adventure when the guides were improvising and interacting with the guests. It seems Disney has went away from this minor but major detail in my opinion. It was just another one of the things that set Disney apart from everyone else and now were left with a recording that takes away from the re-ride-ability of the attraction. Getting off soap box now.:lol::lol:

The old Contemporary. The 1st floor game room, movie theatre, quick service counter and the artist that use to draw caricatures. And the gift shops that were on both sides of the 4th floor.

Minnies Minniehuene at the Polynesian. Had the best breakfast buffet at WDW.

Quality over Quanity!
Disney World used to be a place where quality experiece was first thought. Now with all the resorts and discounts it is about how many people they can stuff in on any given day. I will gladly save my money and pay full price for the full Disney Experience.
Also get rid of the generic junk in the stores and bring back souvenirs you were proud to take home and show your friends.
