-Get on the monorail and resort-hop. The polynesian, grand floridian, and contemporary are only a short monorail ride away and all have great theming
-take a swim at ur hotel
-do a behind the scenes tour (requires advanced planning, but at least you know it is a set amount of time and maybe you could work it around your other event)
-shop!
-grab a turkey leg (or dole whip, churro, ice cream, etc) and sit on a bench, soak up the atmosphere and people watch.
-find a cast member who's not to busy and strike up a conversation with them. It's a great way to find out interesting tidbits about WDW and most of them are really nice
-search for hidden mickeys. if u go to
www.hiddenmickeys.org there is a pretty good list to get you started.
-shop some more! (and bring me back something!)
-walk down main street and watch the barbershop quartet perform.
-catch a parade
-if you really want to do attractions get a fast pass for them earler in the day and then you can go back and ride them knowing that you'll only have a 10 minute wait max.
-did i mention you could shop? lol
