Yeah and it wasn't that expensive. I thought it was like $35.00 for 1/2 hour and I gave the driver a tip of course

Well you have to at least get one Dole Whip on every trip.

You sound like me when it comes to dining!
It's very rare that we eat much of anything, other than counter service restaurants and grabbing cheap food on the go (make sure you check out Sunshine Seasons at the Land in Epcot...my favorite place!)
But here's a secret trick...and it only works if there are two of you...if it's not a standard(busy) dining time, go to a restaurant and ask if they have an available table. Chances are very good that they can seat two, sometimes with a 10 minute wait.
We have done this everytime with zero ADRs. Even works for some breakfast places (we have done O'hanas and the safari breakfast in AK)
It really never hurts to ask!
We can ever really afford one sit down restaurant per trip (sometimes two) and have never had a problem eating where we wanted to. But then we don't eat at the same time other people usually do, and that helps too!

I would do Artists Point. One of the best places on property and the Lodge is worth checkin out alone.& I just checked for 'Ohana, no reservations available.
