I brought my video camera yesterday and zoomed in on the displays right below big ball with the opening. The second one said singles and the third one said stand-by on the ends were fast distribution and fastpass return.

Mission Space will be the first attraction @ WDW designed with a single riders line... At Test Track the single riders line was an afterthought...

Single Riders Line RULES!!!!

I did Test Track twice on Saturday.. waited a total of 20 minutes. I wish they had one on Space Mountain, but oh well.

According to the update on the main page... it says "fastpass single rider"?

Will they still have a Single rider, (w/o fastpass line)?

?

Does anyone else think it is a bad design to put the fast pass distribution right next to all the entrances? It looks like a pretty tight space.

I'm sure they've already thought of that...with a price tag of 150mill plus...I'm sure they've already taken something like that into account.

Precisely. I doubt Disney would allow anything to go wrong with this ride.

??

Well look at the pic and the description they are all right there together in that small area. Unless the update is wrong on where the distribution is I think it will case a lot of congestion for the people walking in there and turning around going agaisnt traffic after getting their fast pass.

That was a typo, it was meant to read "Single Rider Line". Apologies for the confusion :)

Oh come on...do you really think that M:S will have long queue lines and a big demand??? This will be similar to El Rio De Tiempo :) LOL

All Disney would have to do to solve the congestion problem is set up queues outside that keep people who want Fastpasses out of the Stand-By and Single Riders Line--and I think this attraction will have a line outside anyway. Judging from the fact that a chicken exit exists, does that mean that perhaps this is like Test Track, with all the main exhibits visible from the queue line? Regardless, Disney has obviously made the outside of this attraction very kewl looking, so I would be surprised if the lines ever really started in the main globe; Disney has made a very clear effort to keep guests outside of attractions as long as possible to try and get them to buy sodas, ice creams, etc (e.g. Rock 'n' Roller Coaster). Regardless, I agree with everyone else--Disney would not screw this ride up. Also, it was designed with Fastpass in mind, so it is supposed to have the entire system integrated well into the ride set-up and therefore be the most effective Fastpass attraction yet.

Yeah!!!!!!! I LOVE THE SINGLE RIDERS LINE!! It feels so good to walk right on, unless theres about three families of 20 hoping to split up. Then that ruins it. But that hardly happens.

Has anyone noticed this: I was at IOA, and they close the single riders line when the ride gets to an hour wait. Isn't that kind of silly? You'd think that would be the point: to cut down ride times by splitting up the singles into seats and allowing the standby line to go down.

Does Disney do this too? (I know they use fastpass lanes, like at Test Track. Not too many single rider lines exist at Disney.)
