Themed Projector Covering on Casey's

There is now a themed "building" covering the MMY projector on top of Casey's. Sorry bur I didn't have my camera but hopefully someone can snap some pictures. Looks better than a big projector sitting up there!

Glad to hear this. The projection show is amazing, but those projectors are HUGE... I'm glad they spent the extra effort to cover these! Kudos again to the MK crew!

So I somewhat retract my statement. The building is still there, but it does not look that great. It looks almost like they aren't done. The sides are just fabric and you can see the shadows of the wood frame behind them, and there are just four square cut outs on the front. I like the idea, but as with so many other things, the execution is lacking. I hope they aren't done.

Based on the pics posted below, I'd say they're definitely still a work-in-progress... But because they need to be exposed for use in the evening, they can't just fully clover them up in tarps and then "voila" reveal the finished product.

I'd say give them another week or two.

its deff not done! i was leaving work tonight i saw that the side facing the backstage area isn't even covered. Also, it is covered in fabric because there has to be ventilation

The ventilation question is one that was making me scratch my head. Those things have got to generate a ton of heat. Thanks for clearing that up for us! :wave:

Hopefully it is not done.

You would think they would slap some fake windows on the sides, just to break up that big expanse of wall.

Maybe fake windows that swing open during use to cover the cut outs on the front.

I will wait to see what else is done.

Was the guy that designed these things high or drunk and scribbled the plans on the back of a condom wrapper?

These slapped together covers:

1)clash with the architectural design of the buildings they are on.

and more importantly,

2) completely destroy all forced perspective of the buildings they are on.

#2 is far more important to me....these things look like crap. Utterly bad show.

I agree completely, i hope they are nowhere near done. They should have made it "four" stories instead of three. I wonder if its park ops or imagineering behind the structure.
