they could make a disney/pixar place. It could be CARS! It could be Flo's V8 Cafe!!:shrug::shrug: Just a thought...

Would it stay true to the film and serve only gasoline? :lookaroun

A Pizza Planet restaurant closer to the film than DHS' generic version would be pretty nice.

Personally, I think a restaurant under the Tree of Life would be cool. That way if they add a Mythological section, they could be carved in there. The Yeti could also use some love under there. :ROFLOL:

Just got another idea. MK is easily the busiest park and only has one sit down coffee and cake type of place that I can think of ( Main Street Bakery) Fantasyland could tip its hat to Alice in Wonderland once more besides just the tea cup ride. Fanstasyland is also towards the back of the park. (My parent, who shall remain nameless, will not budge in MK without their dose of coffee and sweets in the morning from the Bake Shop). One more coffee shop option would be nice.

I'd like to see a tea place/coffee sit down shop themed for Alice. The atomosphere, decor, pastries, etc. could be fantastic and very creative. Adults would love it and especially the little Disney princesses walking around the parks.

It's a theme park. I wouldn't expect the china used at the Grand Floridan tea room but another bakery would be great.

in Epcot innoventions area(future world)
have a restauraunt of the future where you are seated by a droid (cast member in costume), are given a touchscreen menu that connects to the kitchen . When your order is ready a panel in the table opens and your food raises up and then closes. Then when you are finished you push a button on the table and the opening where your food came out reopens to take the dirty dishes then the touchsreen menu asks if you would like dessert. If not a slot in the table opens to accepts your credit /debit card or cash a receipt then prints out and then the droid escorts you to the door/giftshop while thanking you for your visit

this might even be good in tomorrowland!

I would love to see a sit down bbq pit restaurant put on Tom Sawyers Island. Nothing like some pulled pork or smoked brisket or ribs and slaw. It would fit in great and make some good use of the area.

I would like to see that David Copperfield's Underground Restaurant open either in DHS or DTD like it was supposed to. I thought when first reading about it to be so amazing your chairs you're sitting on would levitate or disappearing plates of food.

How about a table service restaurant in Tower of Terror, you know, where the Sunset Room is. There, they can actually serve 1930s styled food while experiencing Twilight Zone mania, with references to those episodes.

Finally, I think a futuristic restaurant with a resemblance to Horizons would be a perfect fit in Electric Umbrella's location. After seeing pictures from a blog of the undersea restaurant's scenes, it would be cool to combine all those concepts as one. Of course, this one is really wishful thinking, but dreamers do dream, do they?...

I would love to see a huge restaurant themed on extinct attractions. You could have different rooms with different themes. One for Mr. Toad, Horizons, etc. You could use a lot of the old props that I am sure they have laying around.

Froglegs? :lookaroun

I'd love to see Hercules get a little love. Imagine a restaurant in Fantasyland serving Greek food - gyros and wraps, Greek Salads, all themed around Hercules. There could also be a "flame grilled" portion of the menu based off Hades' flaming head. A nice blue flame - that's natural gas, right? It could serve chicken on a stick, shaped like Pain and Panic. :lookaroun

Then they could build the Mount Olympus Hercules coaster to go with the restaurant. . . :king: http://forums.wdwmagic.com/showthread.php?p=861952&highlight=mount+olympus#post861952

I just entered this for a Disney contest on DeviantArt of that same theme. Since MK has little sit-down options I though it'd be fun to turn the old skyway station in Fantasyland into a tea house themed after the White Rabbit's house in Alice in Wonderland.

It fits the theme of the area, uses a dead space, and provides some needed food options. :D

Cute idea! Something needs to go in that space soon, it has been open for quite some time now. I don't think using the Skyway station as a stroller parking lot is the best use of the space.
