We have been on a trip and got home yesterday, so today one of the first things I wanted to do was make something on the pellet grill.
Decided on a cajun marinated pork tenderloin. My wife made pan roasted veggies, baked beans and rolls to go with it.

Big pot of chili and sour cream cornbread for dinner tonight. The cornmeal is from a nearby gristmill and is ground by water driven stones. The granary still uses the original 1500 pound stones first used at the mill in 1876.

I enjoy grilling and have for many years. Today I made the best chicken I have ever made. I marinated some boneless, skinless thighs in a mixture of ranch dressing, Italian dressing, minced garlic, olive oil and black pepper and let all those flavors blend all day in the fridge. I then grilled the thighs on the pellet grill with a blend of hickory, oak and cherry pellets for a wonderful, slightly smoky flavor.
Served with some buttery, garlicy Hasselback potatoes and green beans.
