EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays​

EPCOT’s International Festival of the Holidays is a global celebration of the Season! The 2024 Festival of the Holidays is NOW running from November 29th through December 30th! In keeping with EPCOT tradition, this event begins the day after Thanksgiving.

The snack island, including spinach dip with sourdough bread, Brie with crackers and chips and roasted red pepper salsa…!!!!! 😋

Green bean casserole and dressing (I only call it stuffing when it’s cooked inside the bird 😉)…!!!!! 😋

These mini tart cups with Brie and a spicy fig jam were provided by youngest DD (Sarah), and were addictive…!!!!! 😂😋

Then, the desserts came out…!!! 🙂

Vegan frosted pumpkin spice cookies, that oldest DD (Megan) made from scratch, apple, pumpkin and pecan pies, and my piece of pecan pie. Plus, I also had 4 of the vegan cookies, as Megan has the vegan thing down so perfectly now. But, I also had another slice of pecan pie, and I almost never eat dessert, but I couldn’t hep mah ol’ darn seph…!!!!! 😋🤣

And, finally, Pop breakin’ down the rest of the turkey meat for sandwiches and such, in the coming days…!!!!! 😋
