I made a big ole pot of Brunswick stew yesterday. Smoked, pulled pork, chicken, onions, peppers, potatoes, lima beans, corn, tomatoes, garlic, bbq sauce, tomato paste, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and a bit of chicken stock. Let it simmer for about four hours.
This is even better the next day. Plan on having some for lunch today. Took some to the in-laws. Then bag up the rest and freeze it for later. You would think I could figure out how to make a small pot for just two, but no.

That sounds delicious. (I would leave out the lima beans, only because I don't like those. But the rest of the recipe looks tasty for a few winter meals.) :hungry:
