I love anchovies. I'll eat them.straight out of the tin.Maybe he’d a’ lived to 113 without all that salt…!!!
The Worcestershire sauce reminds me of my lovely DWifey…
She loves Worcestershire sauce but hates anchovies with a passion (I put them on my pizza from a particular local place, to her disgust).
You should have seen her face the first time I hipped her to the fact that anchovies are a pretty main ingredient in Worcestershire sauce…!!!!!
Love me.some Shiner Bock!Shiner Bock beer, all-you-care-to-eat Caesar Salad, savory slaw and beer beans, and spicy fried oysters and catfish from our local Catfish Parlour…all sooooo darn good…!!!!!!!

Duck is one of my favorites. And those look delectable.

I've never tried Worcestershire sauce. Now I may have to. Or maybe I'll just stick with the tin.

I like how they give you a biscuit. (There's only 1 RR up here, and it's way over the other side of the state.) Biscuits are a lot more popular down South. However, I've always liked them -- my grandmother used to bake them for us.Roy Rogers tonight....View attachment 816849
What would you compare Swai to? I see it in my local ShopRite, but haven't bought it yet because my husband is a picky eater.Made some Swai again this time with steamed cauliflower, carrots from last night and some cous cous.
Roy Rogers and you didn't get the roast beef sandwich???Roy Rogers tonight....View attachment 816849
Swai is a pretty light flaky fish that isn't "fishy" I would compare it to other white fish like Flounder or Sole. It pretty much will take on any flavors you season it with just go light on the salt. I usually keep mine pretty simple with lemon, pepper, salt and whatever herbs spark my fancy (tonight I added Dill) and then use butter as the fat as i find oil can make light fish greasy. What would you compare Swai to? He does eat tilapia, ocean perch, flounder, and cod (I don't like cod), haddock and halibut. He also eats trout, salmon and mahi-mahi, but I don't think those are in any way similar to Swai.
