Tonights dinner was brought to you by Trader Joe's where we picked up the Artichoke Timbales, Focaccia and the Mushroom Risotto that we doctored up with some more mushrooms and onions. Served it all up with a salad and topped the focaccia with some tomato bruschetta. Everything was delicious.
