Just what i thought! Is the "D" staying or are we getting a "50"? If not now, Oct 1?

Not related to the TTC but I was wondering if the new entrance arches will get a second update with “The Worlds Most Magical Celebration” and a “50” added on top or something, as we get closer to October?

Is there any known events coming up in the near future where Disney may give the next Anniversary update? Guess they could do another GMA announcement.

I think a Snow White ride would be great. Not just the dwarfs but, like, everyone. Make it scary. Evil trees.

A Cinderella ride would be nice. The castle is named after her and AFAIK she's never had any attraction anywhere.

I suppose there's not really a ton of drama in that movie which might make it tough, but there could be some fun/beautiful scenes.

I don't think there's any chance of that happening, though. If they were going to build a new princess ride it would be Moana or someone else relatively recent.

Moana is going to be at Epcot though... unfortunately not a attraction. Unless Moana takes over The Living Seas in the future?

Or even better a dark ride of Frozen. Where it should have gone in the first place.

(It still bothers me that, for the most part, every major set piece of Frozen Ever After could have fit into the Snow White space. Instead of boats? A bus bar.)

Yes, but Maelstrom needed work and it is anathema to this company to invest in anything that isn’t based on a currently-relevant IP.

I wish they’d think more outside-the-box. Like a Lion King dark ride. Or even Aladdin done like Peter Pan.

*Cough Tangled boat ride cough*

At last I’ve seen the light, would make an amazing dark ride scene/climax.

I would love a Cinderella ride!! The original plans for New Fantasyland included a Cinderella m&g where guests could watch her transform into the ballgown. If they applied that tech/gag to an animatronic it would make for an incredible climax of the ride! They could do a lot of really cute scenes with the mice and the Fairy Godmother's magic.
