Just a few years ago I realized that EuroDisney and the Walt Disney Company are seperate companies.

Is it the same for Tokyo Disney and Hong-Kong Disney??

disneyland paris-is owned by disneyland paris s.c.a. technically it is a seperate company but in reality it is the same company as walt disney for the fact that 39% of the company is owned by walt disney thus making disney the biggest single shareholder in disneyland paris s.c.a.all of the upper mgt of disneyland s.c.a is from other areas of the walt disney company.

toyko disneyland is not owned by disney.it is owned by the oriental land company and disney get franchise and license fees but disney controls all aspects of design and attractions and olc must run the park by strict disney guidlines.

hong kong disney land will be a joint venture between disney and hong kong govt. most likely a 50/50 ownership or 40/60 but mostly disney will have control.

i hope so.id love to have that added to the disney empire and while they are at it buy the disney swan and dolphin too.
