Jenn - All over this TR. You've got a beautiful family.
Great pics - the one of your son on teacups and the Epcot pic of him hiding his face while you and hubs smooch are PRICELESS!
SHOOKIE! I was wondering where you were hiding! ;)
Thank you and thank you! The teacups is sort of becoming a tradition... each trip I get that same sort of picture of him. I am thinking after a few more pics it'll be time to create some sort of cute framed thing for the house with each of them. :D

Love the Oswald ears..We searched in vein on our September trip and could not find a set for my son.
He wanted them so bad that we pre ordered epic Mickey so he could get a set.
Let me tell you... my mother went right after they were supposedly released and she was tasked with getting a pair. She too couldn't find any so his little heart was broken. Needless to say finding them on this trip was a huge deal. Let me just say though... the only place we saw them was The Chapeau. No other store had them that we found (and as usual we spent a lot of time in the shops).

And the T-Rex shirt is priceless. I have a paleontologist friend who would love it.
I keep saying it but saying it again... regret it SO much that I didn't pick it up because since we've been home even DS6 keeps referencing it. For some reason he broke into "If Your Happy and You Know It" last night (I think he saw a smiley face on TV or something) and he stopped, turned around and did the song like the shirt... apparently he too can't stop thinking about it. LOL!

Wow lady, you had yourself a great trip. So much more peaceful than your last trip!
Ohhhhh I know right?? Don't get me wrong, I loved the trip(s) with the older kids along with us but not having to find that balance between entertaining a 6-year old and two 20-year olds was a nice change of pace (and yes much more peaceful lol). :D

We need time for things to happen.

The teacups..man on man they're my Tower of Terror. My whole family tools around on those bad boys I cannot even look at them! --- I can't turn a corner without getting dizzy!
Your son is diggin' them teacups and it shows!!! LOVE IT!!!

Thanks for the info on the chapeau. Unbeknownst to us we were there the day they were released as well.
We saw a kid walking around with them and my son was like "dad I want those!!"
Like I said before - I'm jumping at the chance to get him when his "cool" guard is down...we went to EVERY shop in WDW and could not find them....
THIS YEAR - I making a b-line to the chapeau day 1.

I was smiling ear to ear as I read your trip report. I am happy that you and the family had a wonderful time.
Awww thank you! :) It was honestly the best trip I think we've ever had... second only to DS's first trip when he was a baby (and that was mostly just because it was so incredible being there as a mom for the first time).

Great trip report! I loved the Behind the Seeds pictures, I don't think I've ever seen any before. Way to go to your Aaron for loving the Rock n Rollercoaster the first time! I like it too, but I really only love it the second time I ride. :D The first time I think I'm going to die. Ha! :D

That is so exciting about the Dolphin show. Were you the only one there when they pulled the rope? When we were there in February, we rode Nemo first thing and I took the 'big' boys on our trip upstairs - we were only the second ones to walk down 'into' the aquarium that morning and they asked the family in front of us if they wanted to feed the fish. They took them up the black staircase in the middle and everything! :( Next time I am hoofing it to that aquarium! Ha! :) My kids would LOVE to feed the fish.

That makes two of us! I actually tried finding some before we booked it and had a hard time. The first thing the girl said to us was take as many pictures as we want as often as we want anywhere we want so I was on it! I only posted probably 1/4 of the ones I took. :)

He usually doesn't do so well on new thrill rides. Space Mountain he rode once, said he liked it but never wanted to do it again. Everest he came off in tears (he didn't like going backwards). We were so not sure what to expect on this. In fact, DH lifted him out of the car and held him thinking he was going to cry and instead he began laughing. He kept saying all week how it was his new favorite ride... shocked the heck out of us to say the least!

I was the only one they had do that part of the show. They pulled over 2-kids to do the end part with making the dolphins wave good-bye too. It was so incredible being that close to those dolphins and honestly the entire "show" I was blown away by how responsive to the woman's hand gestures they were. I wouldn't have even guessed they could see into the glass honestly. Was really cool to catch the demonstration and something we'd try to do again for sure!

Pre-trip Report: http://forums.wdwmagic.com/threads/the-spirit-of-new-pre-trip-report.859513/

We're back!!! Here we go... I wrote all this up in notepad so I'm going to be pasting a whole bunch over the next few seconds so get ready!

I loved your trip report! I love to read about others people's trips - you can pick up alot of tips that way. We are staying at the Art of Animation Lion King Suite the end of April so I was thrilled to hear you said the resort was nice. Can't Wait~~~

Ohhh I am so envious! Like I said we decided not to stay there for financial reasons but honestly I think we may have to try to find a way to make it happen next time we can make a trip. The grounds were just beyond incredible and I wish we could've stayed there and enjoyed them. Still, it was nice looking across the lake at it all too. :)

Looks like a great trip!
Thank you! It truly was one of the best trips we've ever had. Unfortunately because of that, only a little more than a month out from it, I'm already experiencing hard core withdrawal symptoms and trying to determine if I sold a body part, would I get enough to afford a 2nd trip this year? LOL!
