I agree, l Love it too and it's our first look at Florida and the excitment just seems to build at this point! Oh so sad on the return when it's your last ride! I also love it in the winter. 39 more days and I will be on the Orlando monorail! :xmas::sohappy:

This Westinghouse/Bombardier monorail and the terminal atrium with the fountain (& the Disney "Earport" store!) are my 2 favorite initial encounters that let me know I've arrived in Orlando!!!

As soon as MK opens I book it to Frontierland and ride Big Thunder Mt. then head over to Splash Mt. In doing so I usally never wait in line and I'm able to ride BTMRR twice before the lines get crowded.

We actually feel were back 'home' when we see our first palm trees heading south thru Georgia, especially when we've left behind 20 degree temps and are warming up the further south we drive...
