Hello Everyone. We were looking thro our holiday snaps last night and there was one of my DS at H.O.B. after eating chicken wings, and there was more sauce on his face than on the wings, but he loved them.I had a couple to try them out and gave them the thumbs up.But this year at Cookes of Dublin,I tried the wings in a whisky marinade & green pepper sauce.Wow! Best Ive had in WDW.So to all you wing fans out there.Where are your favourites.?:)

Hmmm you made me think! I believe the only wings we've ever eaten on Disney property was at Ohana. The first time we went, the wings and the rest of the food was AMAZING. The last time we went, ehhhhhh.

Good morning Mad Hatter I love yuor posts and don't get me wrong I like food but with all the new foods you reccomend I'll be sure to come home squished into some of my clothes. Oh well an extra trip on your tea cups might cause me to miss a meal that might help. Keep up the good work!

Being from Buffalo, NY I am a chicken wing snob. It is hard to find real good large crispy saucy wings outside of my hometown. I'm not saying it cant be done, because I have found some decent wings in my travels. At Disney I would say it has to be the ESPN club. If you are looking for traditional chicken wings they are very close.

Just had a peek at the ESPN menu and the Red wings sound awesome. But with Med/Hot/Flame/Teriyaki/BBQ,Which one would you recommend? I love all things hot & spicy.;)

I also love them hot, but we normally settle on medium. It a good compromise for the family. I always ask for them crispy and saucy. Leaving them in the frier for an extra minute or two really makes a difference on texture. I love a little crunch! Nothing worse then soggy wings!

Sometimes when restaurants offer different types, you can ask for half one kind and half another.\. Sometimes we get BBQ and teriyaki at restaurants. We haven't tried asking at ESPN though.

I absolutely love the "Sticky Wings" served at Kona Cafe. These wings use to be served at both Kona and Ohana. However, during my last visit (Aug 2011) it appears the recipe for the wings at Ohana had been changed. Maybe it was just me...but they tasted different. The wings we had at Kona Cafe were exactly as we remembered during prior visits.

I think the honey corriander wings at Ohana are lots better then the wings at Kona Cafe. The Kona ones have a mustard sauce over them that I don't really care for. The wings at Ohana have been the some recipe for many years I beleive.

The wings at Ohana are okay...IMHO the problem is there are so many good things to eat at Ohana their wings are easily overlooked.

But hey...different strokes for different folks. :)

When I stayed Club Level at the Polynesian in December 2007 they had those "Sticky Wings" one night in the lounge and I thought they tasted very soggy.

Sorry you didn't like them....you are the first person I have encountered that talked about them being soggy.

Earlier you mentioned wings at the ESPN Club...I have tried them....to be honest, I felt they were fairly average. But then again, I have eaten at the ESPN Club a few times and I came away underwhelmed with their food.

Fortunately Disney has a variety of restaurants, which offer a variety of wings. Everyone should be able to find something they like.
