Test Track wasn't refurbished to be a Tron ride? I mean, you can't get any closer without putting Tron on it.
Effect laden coasters.
I won't disagree, but not in WDW currently. I mean, flying past dayglo taco signs in the RRC doesn't really do it for me.
Agree it is, just wish the Tron ride was this one.

The coaster part is fun, but there really is not that much to be wowed with when it comes to the effects. The queue is an empty embarrassment. The massive, exposed show building is inexcusable.

If they build one in the MK at WDW, I would hope there would be 2 tracks that cross over each other or even go head-on before traveling quickly side-by-side. One side would be blue and the other would be red. This way it would be like you were actually going against the other coaster. This would be more like the experience in the original movie.
It would also double capacity for a sure-to-be-popular attraction, in the world's most popular park. All while adding excitement, story and theme to an already good attraction.

Thats an awesome idea. With dualing dragons not actually dualing itvwoukd be a nice difference from UoO

MK isn't a thrill ride park. The attractions there are geared for all ages, from the very young all the way up to elderly guests who may have issues with certain thrill rides.

TRON Lightcycle Power Run is rather tame. It has the launch but doesn't do anything crazy.
