The Town Center construction

I am not familiar with Shake Shack, but I see there is one in Philly, I will have to check it out.
It started in Madison Square Park in NYC like around 2000. That's where I know them from. But, there are several in Florida now. Actually, the chain BurgerFi is a direct rip-off of Shake Shack...including their colors and decor. The Shack is sooooooooo good, though. Burgers, fries, concretes, hot dogs, all awesome! Now I want to go! :)

I'd be interested in any concept art that shows 3 or 4 story buildings because that is what appears in the photos. Clearly there is a lot that we have not seen in concept art yet. And I follow this closer than most. I am amazed everytime by the scope of this project.
Some of the anchor spaces are two levels, not three or four.

These buildings only have two floors, not 3 ot 4, and we have seen concept art for most of what we see being built.

The photos are deceiving then.

Yes, they are a little bit. One the rear building I put a red line between the two floors. You can see the bulding in the extreme forground is just one story, and the one right behind it is only about twice as big, thus two stories. The rounded areas at the ends look a little taller but these will probably be entrance foyers and just be one open space. So far they are building exactly what was shown in the original model.

This is the problem with all art being called 'concept art' as not everything Disney releases is conceptual. While clearly hand created images (like the cartoonish, 1920-esque images) are an artist's interpretation, that no longer has to be the case with digital renderings which can utilize the actual designs due to Disney's adoption of digital modeling for design and 'blueprints'.

Yes, you are correct. Some of the "concept art" for the Town Center was clearly digital renderings of actual construction plans. This one for example. I have to say I am excited that nisi congue is coming to Disney Springs. ;)

Disney Burger, Disney bakery... That's original. However Walts place is intriguing, would be interesting to see if that's still happening.

I've had both Shake Shack and Bobby's Burger Palace and both are fantastic but I like Bobby's burgers better but only by a hair. They both have fantastic shakes but Shake Shacks are better.

As far as I'm aware, just wishful thinking. There is a Shake Shack going up at I-Drive 360 already, anyway.

The first Orlando area Shake Shack was opened in Winter Park over a year ago. Great burger joint but really nothing new for the majority of travelers coming from the Northeast or Central and South Florida. It still wouldn't surprise me to see one open up at DS -- they have a great concept and it draws in big crowds.

I really like the look of this and how Disney Springs is coming together.

Another highlight for me (and perhaps @The Empress Lilly) is this is yet another image that shows our beloved Empress Lilly (Fulton's) with smokestacks again. :)
