We had just dropped off our stroller near the bathroom and were headed over to ride TSMM. The walkway was extremely crowded and not moving. My wife who was in the lead with Landon behind her and I was carrying Declan behind him, found a small opening and we went through.
We got past a few people including a person on a scooter and her family, and then realized that another family that was in front of scooter family were not moving and they were the ones causing the traffic tram. As we got closer to them my wife yelled out," you guys are blocking the walkway, there are tons of people and scooters trying to get past you guys!"
They started to move and the crowd was able to disperse and we walked right into the FP+ lane. There were 3 families ahead of us checking in. As our family got up to scan our bands, my wife recieved a tap on the shoulder, and we turned around and this woman probably in her early 50's sarts screaming at my wife!
"How dare you yell at my mother in her scooter for blocking the walkway! What disgusting person does that, who does that, what kind of parent are you for making fun of someone in a scooterz!"
Now let me just saw my wife can get a bit sassy at times and doesn't do well with strangers yelling at her, at all!
She immediately screams back, "are you kidding me, I was talking to the family in front of you guys to move, not you! How dare you come over here and try and get all in my face, we were trying to help you!"
"No, no, I heard what you said about my mother and..."
Now at this point we were right at the FP entrance, there was 1 CM who was staring at us, everyone in line, staring at us! Megan immediately interrupted this lady and screams back," listen "beech", get out of my face right now before you make me really mad!"
Now at this point, Landon started to laugh, then I chuckled a bit, and because we were both laughing, Declan started to laugh! I was so embarrassed but it was so funny! I had to interject at that point.
"Lady , you need get out of here, we were only trying to help, she wasn't talking to you and you have no right come over here and try to yell at us over something you didn't even hear properly!!!"
She begins again, "but I heard what you said about my mothers scooter..."
I was so agitated at this point!!!
"Well you heard wrong and you need to get the hell away from my family now!" And with that we turned around to enter the line, walked next to the CM, gave a big smile and said to him, "some people have such nerve!"
I couldn't believe this lady! Who the hell was she to even remotely think that what my wife said had any negative meaning toward her or her family?!? We were just trying to help! So much for being a Good Samaritan! We walked the FP line and Megan says to me, "watch that lady be waiting at the ride exit for us or something!" And starts laughing!
I just think it was funny that Landon though it was funny...so embarrassing but whatever, I'll take that as a win for us I guess!
So we ride and Declan and I ended up beating Landon and Megan! Yes! We exited the ride and went to go meet characters in the area.
We had to see Buzz and Woody one last time, so we hopped in the very long lie to meet them. This would actually end up being the longest wait for anything we did our whole trip. It took about 50 minutes from start to finish, but it was worth it! The mom and son in front of us, who were from Philly and Mexican, kept us entertained the whole time! She was really funny and fun to talk to , and it was nice getting to talk to more nice people after our encounter with the crazy scooter family from hell! LOL
We slowly made our way out of Pixar Place and headed back around the park. We stopped at pizza planet for an early dinner. Declan ended up falling asleep in his stroller right before we got there. Megan got a pepperoni pizza and salad, Landon got cheese pizza, and I got the meatball sub sandwich and chips, which was surprising good! We both got these for dessert!
So good!
We finished eating and the rain had finally come to an end! So exciting! We headed over to the great movie ride and had fun as usual! Nothing beats the wizard of OZ scene on that ride! We left that ride and still ha a little bit to go before Fantasmic check in with FP+. We decided now would b a good time to check out the inside of the animation building!
we packed our things and went to bed.
