The "Stop taking pictures! You look like a tourist!!!!" November Trip Report

I'm finally ready to start!!!!

Oh and one thing: I took A LOT of pictures so this is going to be a lengthy TR sorry . I'm trying to make this take a while so I finish right before we go in December

Day 1:
We woke up at 6 am. Well, my mom, dad, and sister did. No one woke me and Daniel up! They assumed we had set an alarm and would wake up on time! Thankfully I woke up from excitement at 6:15. I woke Daniel up and we both walked into my parents room and told them we were not happy with them at the moment haha. We kept saying that the plan all along was to leave us behind!

Me and Daniel got ready in 5 minutes, by 6:20 the car was packed and we were driving out of our complex!

We stopped at Cracker Barrel in Ft. Pierce, which is our about half-way point

One of the ONLY pictures you'll see of my parents, so I had to post it

I have a gorgeous best friend don't I? Just to warn you all, there will be many pictures of us with some weird faces, it's hard for the 3 of us to take normal pictures lol. Before I took this picture Daniel was saying how we needed to decide on our food faster because we have some dates with a mouse, I know why he's my best friend!

One last picture before 3 full sized teenagers cram into the backseat of a Kia! It was a tight drive, but it was worth it

Da Loop! On our last trip for Daniel and I's graduation, Me and Daniel drove my mom's car and my parents drove Ashley and her friend in another car. Daniel screamed out DA LOOP when we drove past the loop, so now we always have to take a picture of the sign. And it means we're close to WDW

I really love this trip report. There is a sweetness to it...and I think it's the first one I've read written by a teenager. I really like your energy and enthusiasm.

Never apologize for "writing too much" or "taking too many pictures". I think you've done a fantastic job of showcasing the things you found interesting...and you can never write "too much" or take "too many" pictures if what you are writing is interesting and the pictures are of things that you really want to show off to others.

This is one of the best trip reports I have read BECAUSE you are writing so many wonderful things and showing so many terrific pictures.

Awww thank you so much Every time I write a new post, I get a little self conscious because like you said, this is the first I've seen by a teenager too. But, I love Disney just as much as everyone else on here and isn't that all that really matters? I kinda feel like some people don't take me very seriously because of my age, but thank you for giving me a chance

As for the pictures, I snapped so many while on the trip,and I have so many stories from the trip, I just get nervous about writing a lot and stuff, it's just my insecurities Thank you again

and as I've said Thank you so much!!! This feedback really makes me want to keep writing TR for every trip

After we flipped out and realized we were eating at Be Our Guest that night, we hopped in line for Gaston's Tavern to try Lefou's brew!!!!

The pictures in here didn't turn out very well because I use a small point and shoot haha.

after waiting for what felt like forever, but was really like 2 minutes I got it!!!

Once I got it, I had to stand there and wait for Daniel to get his, because we had to take the first sip together lol

He was way past excited at this point

Then we finally took the first sip.... OH MY GOSH. I've had Butterbeer before, I am a huge Harry Potter dork, I loved Lefou's Brew a million times more. The description sounds gross, apple juice with marshmallow, but it is amazing. And the passion fruit foam on top just makes it even better. I will definitely be getting some every time I go to WDW!!!!


Once we all got some brew, we explored the tiny tavern and took some pictures

It really felt like you were in the Gaston scene from the movie. I've actually done the stage show of Beauty and the Beast before, and I just felt like busting out in "Gaston" lol

I have to say that I am so very much anticipating the next installment in your Trip Report. I want to find out what happens when you went to BoG for dinner and see what else you did on your trip.

This Trip Report is so well done and has so much positive energy in it that I am hanging on the edge of my seat waiting to see what happens next! That is the hallmark of a great storyteller.

After getting us some Brew, I was dying to go meet Ariel, so I dragged them over to Ariel's Grotto

The line was about 30 minutes, but I didn't care, I was meeting Ariel. We had enough time to finish our drinks in line though which was good. I kept taking pictures

After what felt like hours, it was our turn to meet Ariel

Can't you see how happy I was? haha. She was great, in perfect character, asking us questions about what it's like to be on the land. My only complaint was that she was SUPER skinny, on all the character auditions, Disney states that she needs and athletic upper body.. this girl was the opposite. Other than that, loved her

In this picture, she was asking us about the big mean man she heard about who wanders above the sea, who turned out to be Gaston haha. Daniel was like "NOOO, hes wonderful." I said "Yeah he's scary." She said that we confused her and couldn't wait to meet him herself....


Then Ariel asked the question that seemed to be the theme of this trip... if Daniel was my prince..... can't a girl and a guy just be friends????? Gosh! lol

We left Ariel, :'( , then wanted to go see Belle, which had a wait of an hour, whatever it's worth it. Gave me more time for pictures!

My favorite thing about this que is how everything is made out of random objects, which is perfect, it looks like Maurice just had fun making it

That's the reason why we signed up for the nighttime preview, to see everything lit up

Because I took pictures of the floor in line for TLM, Ashley made me take a floor picture

We were only about halfway through the line at this point so I'm gonna stop here for tonight

We're still in New Fantasyland guys! lol. When I left off, we were in line for Enchanted tales with Belle and I was snapping pictures like a mad woman

When we got in line, the sun was still up, but by the time we were about to enter Maurice's cottage, it was gone. But, all the lights were on!

We were the first group in line in the house waiting to be let into Maurice's work shop, so I wandered around. The CM told us about the hidden things for other princess's and we found all of them lol.

It's a small room, so I didn't use my flash, I felt bad for the other people if I ued it.

My sister pointed out that I was the same height Belle was at 18, so of course we needed a picture


After my picture, we were let into Maurice's workshop, I loved it! With all the gadgets everywhere

I already knew about the mirror and what it did, but Ash and Daniel didn't. I should have taken a picture of their faces... they were like "DID THAT JUST TURN INTO A DOOR????"

I was disappointed that Madame de la Grande Bouche wasn't talking, but it made sense, it took long enough already with the CM handing out the roles.

We were chosen to be the laughing portraits.. how fitting, seeing as all we did on this trip was laugh haha. Can't you tell that we're sisters??

The library was sooo pretty! and looked exactly like the movie

We were then asked to call for Belle and she appeared!

This attraction is really cute, especially for the boy who gets to be the Beast, adults were wiping tears off their faces because of how cute it is.



The ending is cute, all the objects parade around and then they tell you to do something, we had to laugh, and Belle thanks you while the photographer takes pictures, then they line you all up

The one thing I don't like which takes a lot of time is you have to wait for everyone to take a picture with Belle at the end, I like it because you get that interaction, but it takes forever

After we got out of ETWB, I texted Brian to tell him about BOG and asked if they wanted to join us if we could add them on. He got so excited and of course said yes, so I went over to BOG and asked, they said to come back when it's time to check in and they will let us know....


We had about an hour until we had to check in so we went over to Storybook Circus.... Which we will continue later

So when we last left off, we were heading over to..

Our plan was to ride Dumbo because we didn't get to on our last trip, we got into the line, and only one side was working which was making the line even longer than it needed to be.

I wish WDW had thought of ques like this when I was little lol.



Now heres a rant, while waiting in line, there were obviously little kids everywhere, this is a kids ride. Well parents apparently don't know how to control their kids. The group in front of us had 5 little kids, they were all playing with the ropes for the line and one of the boys hit me with it like 5 times, at first I was ok because I figured it was an accident, then he kept doing it. His parents just laughed! Hello, teach your kid what's right!!!! My mom would have killed me if I had done that when I was little. Then the group behind us, their kid was screaming her lungs off, she was at least 5, so there was no reason for that, then she kept running into us then would fall down and cry, the parents acted like it was our fault, I was so irritated by all these people! We decided to get out of line and ride it later.


For this trip we promised to meet more characters, and since we were next to Pete's Silly Sideshow, we went in. Donald and Goofy had a shorter wait so we went to them first

Our pictures with Goofy magically disappeared which sucks, but whatever


We then got in line for Daisy and Minnie

Minnie was great, I told her I loved her dress and she pointed at all our shirts and made a heart in the air

Then it was off to a favorite ride of Daniel and I's The Mad Tea Party! Like I've said, huge Alice fans

They gave me on job while on this ride, get pictures

This is the best picture I got of them.. haha, their hair was flying everywhere!

After that ride, we had 20 minutes before our reservation so we went over to BOG, will Brian get to eat with us??? Find out in the next post!!!
