Kingdom Hearts 2- The Ansem in KH1 wasn't the real Ansem, DiZ is the true Ansem while the KH1 Ansem's real name was Xehanort and was one of the people that volunteered for Ansem's experiments on the heart. Ansem gave up his research after meeting Mickey but his lab assistants, lead by Xehanort continued his research and Xehanort stole Ansem's name and drove Hollow Bastion into destruction. Xehanort and company would then found the XII Organization and Ansem, feeling guilty, took on the name of DiZ. When Xehanort gave himself into darkness, his heart became the KH1 Ansem while his Nobody became Xenmas, leader of the XII Organization. DiZ/Ansem swore to destroy the XIII Organization and get his revenge for Xehanort stealing his name and commiting all that evil. Confused yet? Here's the simple thing:
DiZ=Real Ansem
Ansem(KH1)=Xehanort's Heart
Xenmas=Xehanort's Nobody and leader of XIII Organization
