Anyone see Captain America 2 yet?

Have only seen a few scenes from going in and out of the theater, but what I have seen so far looks amazing! Can't wait to see it all!

Saw it tonight, best Marvel movie yet in my opinion.

Well written, great action and good pacing with plot twists that even surprised me at times.

Without spoiling anything, there's a scene during the climax that is going to have Marvel fanbois going over freeze-framed TVs with a magnifying glass. Especially with Feige claiming the Marvel Universe is mapped out to 2028.

She was good in Firefly but I can't see her in the Black Widow role.

They could film her reading the newspaper and Id gladly pay the price of admission to watch. Her new movie "Lucy" looks awesome. Great concept as well (imo)

Captain America: The Winter Soldier, and really the Marvel Cinematic Universe in general, proves that any person who has ever said "most people will not notice," "they're not trying to appeal to the fans," or anything else along those lines in regards to theme parks is a stupid fool. The Marvel Cinematic Universe is made by fans for fans with an understanding of the unique qualities of a different medium. They have a sincerity of heart that makes them appeal to a wide audience. Impress the fans and you will impress the general audience.

I swear, I've spent the better part of the past 3 years trying to convince people to invest in an IT solution at our company for a big ( but no where NEAR as big) project to consolidate 3 database systems that maintain the same data. No buyers until we can prove that it adds business value outside of fixing a broken system with bad data that inhibits growth. Finally getting the right level of management involved to maybe make something happen, but we have to prove how we are going to provide incremental business value. IT only projects rarely ever get traction.

I've spent much of my career fixing failed IT initiatives of the 'bet the company' scale. What you need to do here is quantify the cost to the business of maintaining the failing system, New systems always pose risk to the business and that's what IT people frequently forget and managers think about.

So the task is always to make a presentation of the risks of old vs new, I always prefer tools a half generation old, New enough so they will have a long life, Old enough so majority of the major flaws have been worked out so systems are reasonably trustworthy, I've seen too many systems filled with all the 'Shiny New Tech' fail utterly. There are times when it's appropriate to use new shiny but the risks must be disclosed.

Yes there have been discussions and talks about a Black Widow solo movie and in on board for it! Probably won't be for awhile though seeing as how ScarJo is pregnant! Not sure how much that affects her role in Avengers 2 though!

I think im going to skip the read about the winter soldier, I really do not want to have huge expectations and ending having a big disappoint in the cinema.
