DinoLand sure could use a makeover. Update Dinosaur and bulldoze Chester & Hester for an area based on the extinct mammals. I like the idea the guy from idealbuildout came up with for a ride called "Mammoth Falls."

Cool idea.

Different park, but since they are redoing DHS I think it could use a water based ride. Probably not Star Wars, but who knows. A Pixar based water ride would be cool. Either flume style or POC dark boat ride would work.

And if you are a long term repeat visitor those are the thoughts going through your head, even FIRST timers are commenting on how 'Dirty' the parks are
Strange, everyone that I talk to comments on how clean the parks are. I'm not kidding, really. I think that they are alright, but, I haven't been there since last January, so... things could have changed since then. Maybe people have a different tolerance for cleanliness.

That reminds me I must clean my bathroom. I hate cleaning bathrooms, I mean you get it all nice and shiny and "BAM" eight months later you have to do it all again.

Wow - you clean yours far more frequently than I do, But hey up here in the 'Frozen' north the bathrooms are from Chic Sale you know the ol' two holer, You flush by putting lime down the hole, Cleaning the bathroom is filling the old one with sawdust and dirt and digging a new hole...

And?

I've seen this sentiment, but I don't get it exactly. The idea seems to be that people like F&W and G&F and go to Epcot more during those times. Is that a bad thing? Is that a problem? We often see people bemoaning the lack of seasonal offerings at the parks, but those are basically a similar type of offering that gives Epcot a special appeal and fits in great with the ambiance/theme of the park. Why should they be discounted?

I guess the premise is that people don't go to Epcot except for the festivals or something, but that's not true at least in my experience. The park has busy days and light days, but people go. It's also a huge park physically, so it takes a lot of guests to really feel busy the way MK or DHS can.
I think the argument is that those festivals are masking the problems of the park by propping up attendance, justifying to the suits that the park doesn't need to be upgraded.

F&W used to be fun. EPCOT has a great vibe and atmosphere (AK is a close second, but it can feel way too crowded even when it's not. It's not as open as EPCOT and you feel it, especially when it's a scorcher) but I swear, I can feel that vibe deteriorate the closer F&W approaches nowadays, which is basically Boozefest now. Just a bad vibe during that time. I make sure I'm long gone by the time it rolls around. And the prices are just as bad, imo.
