I miss animal kingdom a lot, so I’m sitting there listening to the tree of life loop and I made myself and my gf Satu’li Bowls for dinner and I wanted to show it off. Only 30 hours of preparation and it tastes like the exact thing! Went with my go-to of sweet potato hash, chicken, and creamy herb dressing
