T-zone reviews the two T names (sorry themeparkpriest but your name does not make a t sound 😢)

Part 1: Teagan

First of all love the intro, really gets you pumped up for this project. Yeah Chaosverse woooooooooo!

Destroying tomorrowland is a decision that made me a little sad (I'm a big big big tomorrowland fan), but I understand it. Poor tomorrowland needs some love! Making it Marvel IP themed is an interesting choice. I personally am half and half on IP lands. On one hand I worry about the longevity of IP theming, on the other hand I get very excited for them and Marvel is admittedly a fitting theme for the world of tomorrow.

Ironheart

As someone who doesn't know about Marvel the endless looping video of Iron Man doing heroic things is kinda funny to me. "Yeah look at all the cool hero stuff I did!"

But overall love all the detail. Making the main character of the ride an adaptation of a comic only (well as of now anyways) character is a brilliant move and perfect for hyping up a potential future movie starring Riri. Well done!

I worry that the ride system might make park goers motion sick. It's not "Mission: Space" bad, but I can picture it happening with a bunch of people lying in an already somewhat uncomfortable position for a theme park ride while also having to wear clunky vr goggles. It's a recipe for a potential throw up situation or 2.

The ride itself is nice, a typical story focused thrill that I love with a lot of nice details and a smooth plot. Just concerned about all the hypothetical barf situations. 😛

No gift shop? Where's all my more magic, more disney merch! I kid of course, but something did feel missing here. But maybe it's because I'm so used to our team's full on theme parks....and then the actual ride the prompt asks for haha.

T-Zone declares: Good! Just maybe change up the ride system a bit so there's no barf
Heyyyyy!! Thanks for the review!

Just a note; I freaking LOVE Tomorrowland!! Maybe not in it’s current state (in either park) but in general, I love it!! I just wanted to do something chaotic but that would fit my project. This felt like that thing.

Also, Ironheart is going to be a Disney+ series next year!

The riders also don’t actually wear goggles, it’s a Mission Space style clamshell that goes over the front of the ride system. But I totally forgive you for that because I did not go into enough detail when describing it. @D Hulk didn’t quite grasp it either, so that’s totally my fault.

Thanks again for the review!!! 🥰🥰

It’s probably not a popular answer but I’ll say Pirates. I know it’s a classic, but I think some other dark ride could be developed that is at least as interesting and immersive.

T-zone reviews the two T names

Part 2: T-Cool

Wow that name "The curse of the chaos of the battle of the gods" what a mouthful! I get theme park names are getting wild now but idk if they would use that many of the same word. Maybe "Curse of the battle of the gods" would've been a better name haha.

I like the journal, original art is always nice and extra detail with theme park rides are always welcome. I'm also a big fan of "something promising goes horribly wrong" type of stories (do those kinda stories have an actual name), so I was a big fan of the story. Is flip html the future for book-like competition projects? I hope so! Seems like a neat site even though the thing on the top is a little distracting.

Using egyptian myths I love. I was always a big fan of the myths unit in my classes and Egyptian myths were some of my favorite. Always cool to pull from and makes sense for universal. I'm worried it might be a little redundant with the Mummy ride but since the Mummy is based on a now dated movie adaptation, I suppose in this universe it could easily be torn down or replaced since this ride is around. Bonus props to replacing lost continent with a new mythological theme and not Harry Potter or another IP like most "fix its" do.

So much theming here! Little details like this go a long way, I could see this place being real.

Ride system is nice, like that it fits the theme, not much else to say haha.

The ride itself seems very cool, another neat thrilling ride with cool special effects. More practical special effects in Universal, the better. And this ride gives more reason for a hypothetical retheme of the Mummy attraction I mentioned earlier. Why go there when you can go to this new ride that has more scenes and more thrills?

Idk why but I find Ammit cute, I want 10 of that pudgy fuzzy crocodile thing.

The 18 foot tall animatronic is another cool detail, that while I'm not entirely sure is possible irl, is a cool detail. Hey maybe it is, Universal did recently wow us with that indominous rex animatronic and that thing is HUGE.

I laughed a little at the vortex part because that is truly the best part of Posidon's Fury. I think it's one of the main reasons people still talk about it haha. It's basically Universal's rainbow tunnel and it would be a travesty if they tore it down.

T-Zone declares: Very good! Lots of details that make it realistic. Maybe a bit too many scenes and some things here and there that I'm not sure would be possible, but it didn't take me out of the experience too much.

Next question: If you had to eliminate one E-ticket attraction from the Magic Kingdom, what would it be?

(Splash Mountain is not an allowed answer)
I'd say either Space Mountain (it's in a very very sad state rn, but I'm more team replace track than tear down), Philharmagic (good but needs an update), or Buzz Lightyear (Midway Mania exists and it's better).

Oh we count Buzz as an E?!
Get out! It’s a low tech version of Midway Mania. We could use something else in that space.

It gets long lines at least over here in disneyland so I count it just for that haha
Is that how we describe E-Tickets now? Let me pull out my list for my home park then
  • Incredicoaster
  • Toy Story Midway Mania
  • Star Tours
  • Smugglers Run
  • The two boring flat rides in Cars Land
  • Monsters Inc: Mike and Sulley to the Rescue
  • Goofy's Sky School
  • and more!
To be clear, some of these rides aren't bad...they just need work lol
