Seriously? If this is real, then I don't think it's possible to steal an animatronic, especially with a park as protective as Disney. I think a cast member removed it (possibly to make way for an upcoming revamp.)

So, it appears Buzzy was, in fact, stolen. Whoops.
I think it won't be long before security of some kind notice him.
