As a side note, I'd love to see the Mine Train get redone with more room for the Dwarfs to play around and maybe retell the story on their terms. I love the diorama at the end though and I guess that would lose its' purpose. At least from a linear story-telling standpoint.

Here here for Blue Sky ride system tech!!

How do you guys feel about a transition land between the new performance theater and Carousel of Progress? I'm not well-equipped to estimate how much room there'd be to develop such land, but it could almost pay homage to Walt's ambitions throughout the years. I'm hostile towards the idea in general, since I feel like it could easily destroy the intimacy of Main Street U.S.A.

Theater would feature expansions upon the styles of shops on Main Street; I don't recall where I saw it, but wasn't there a concept for a restaurant themed around a train? Maybe a concept like that could help take on capacity concerns. Small World's facade could be designed like the Tokyo front, maybe tying in Wonderful World of Color somehow? The end would be a revamped Carousel of Progress (or a new ride all together... hot take, I know :p)

In a stream of consciousness, I'd want essentially a theater district! Small World could have a queue redesign so capture that feel, I'm uncertain as to how right now. Main Street Vehicles could get a route expansion, same with horses.

What do you guys think?
I would have to look at the available blueprints to see if there is space, but I love the idea.
I have always been a fan of a proper transition between Main Street USA into Tomorrowland and always felt a Space Race Attractions or stylized transition would be great for this. (Personally I want a Space Race Attraction with science from our favorite Disney Scientist).

First off -- welcome back!:D Glad to see you around again! Those Patriots, eh?

This could be a possibility if when they branch off Main Street to the new theater they're building, they create an auxiliary line backstage to where the old Galaxy Palace theater used to be, and built a sort of mini-theater land back there, and then connect back to Carousel of Progress!

On my phone right now but I'll have to look at the size comparison when I get back, it might be able to fit small world over there.

Wait a minute, so you're telling me you have the audacity to suggest that the Walt Disney Company should educate guests in their parks?

For real though, that sounds brilliant... elaborate, if you don't mind! :)

Thank you Space, appreciate it as always :D

I'll be honest, I am rather intimidated by the Eagles. The whole 15-0 in the playoffs against teams we don't play in the regular season I'm not giving any weight, 'cause these guys are coming in hot and can make plays. But on that note, bring 'em on!

Love my GIFs... ah, reunited and it feels so gooood lmao

Any interest in fleshing something like this out? I'd be in one hundred percent, especially with you guys with me!

I'll see if I can find the proposal for it, all I remember it was an idea that I used a few years back. I think it was in the same proposal were we updated mains street usa to the 50s.

Yes! When I get back I will look into the dimensions...it might be able to work!

I can't stand the Eagles...but we'll see how much Carson Wentz matters to the team on Sunday, sometimes teams play their best offensive game too soon, and the Pats just came back by 20+ points last year so I never count them out lol

Wish I was still in Boston because finally the Celtics are elite again too (I was there at the tail end of the KG era and the rebuild)

While I cannot speak specifically for Magic Kingdom, in general I like this idea. It has precedent in Tokyo Disneyland, which uses side streets on both sides of World Bazaar (Main Street) directly into both Adventureland and Tomorrowland. Parkwide layout becomes a complete loop, which is very convenient for touring. It screws up the grand castle reveal though so beware.

Happy you mentioned the grand reveal. Things of that sort are a big concern of mine... any suggestions on how that could be avoided?

Celtics, oh my lord... don't even get me started, 'cause I won't be able to keep my mouth shut over how happy I am with Ainge and company. Jaylen the GOAT, him and Tatum I think will give LeBron a run for his money!!

Yes! And don't forget Kyrie who is a step up from Thomas last year - the team is built for the future similar to an Eastern Conference Warriors team...they may not win it all this year, but give the young players 1-2 more years and they'll be there.

This is all without Hayward too!

I know @DisneyManOne has some concepts for this, that'd clear up some space back there for sure

I sure do! I'd take the opportunity to finally build Western River Expedition along the banks of the Rivers of America; on that northwestern expansion pad. A path would go behind Big Thunder Mountain and over a covered bridge, then you'd find yourself before Thunder Mesa. Although visible from the mainland, it's separated from the Rivers of America by a replica of Disneyland's excellent new Columbia Gorge.

Atleast Fantasmic does have the back exit they can use to let guest out by the exit.

New idea. GUT/Demoloish the Peterpan building to increase walking space, and rebuild Peter Pan in the Small World building and move small world to epcot.

I honestly don't think there's anywhere in Epcot to build "it's a small world". I've shared this idea before, but I'd keep Peter Pan's Flight as is...but, I would move "it's a small world" across the park to the northeastern expansion pad (which is currently being drained to make way for TRON Lightcycle Power Run). I'd even re-route the railroad track so it can pass through the facade, like at Disneyland.

As for the former "small world" space, I'd finally expand that bottleneck by building two new rides that are far away enough to clear the bottleneck. On one side, Mr. Toad makes his triumphant return. On the other, a new version of Pinocchio's Daring Journey, complete with a Geppetto's Workshop toy shop, all nearby the Village Haus. I'd even build a covered bridge to a new Arendelle mini-land, with Frozen Ever After being moved here from Epcot and the Frozen Sing-Along being moved here from DHS.

Cavs is a toss up in all honesty, and we did stack up nicely against the Warriors a few nights ago, so I think we have the chance to stand a chance in the Finals, fingers crossed. Now if only the Sox's could get their act together...

The only Boston team I don't root for lol (Yankees fan through and through) Can't wait to see Sanchez, Judge, and Stanton next year! Home Run Derby every night:hilarious:
