That’ll be exciting! Are you going to rope drop Slinky Dog Dash?
I'm going to try my best, yes. We're staying at the Swan, so it should be easy to get up early and just walk over there. Anyone have any suggestions on how early be there? The park opens at 8.

My goal is to rope drop slinky and wait for Swirling Saucers before our TSM FP ends (we have an ADR at Sci-Fi just after at 11:10 I think). I think it's reasonable to do both of those attractions in 3 hours, especially if we're rope dropping one. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed.

Worse case scenario, I can get up the next day and attend EMH at 7 to rope drop whatever ride we don't get on before we head over to DAK for our FoP FP at 9:30.

Hey everyone, just dropping in to say that the past few projects have looked great. I'll be observing for this last Stanza, so I can't wait to see how the final projects turn out.

And, as a side note, in exactly a week I'll be landing in Orlando. :jawdrop: Anyone else attending TSL opening day? I'll be there among everybody and their mother, haha. I have a TSM FP for around 9:30am, so that should help. Still nervous about the crowds though.
I’ll be there opening day!
...for like an hour or two. Then I’m getting the heck away from those crowds :p

My plan is to hang around DHS the 29th just in case of any surprise softs, and then in the morning get there as early as possible. My ideal goal would be to get on the first official ride on Slinky, but then again I’ll have to get there super early, all the way from the Polynesian which is a bit far.

(Also, tip I figured out last time- when they start letting guests in to wait up near the hub before official park opening, if you’re not near the front go wait inside the Trolly Car by their doors!)

I think I've thought this for awhile and just not verbalized it, but mk is probably 4th on my list of the wdw parks. Well, maybe tied for 3rd with HS with GMR closed. Once M&M and SW are open , likely back at the back of the line again.
Sadly I agree - and it's mostly because of the crowds, unless you go early morning or late night, it is not enjoyable to walk around like a World Showcase or Pandora

I guess just fresh on my mind. The rides are fine, but it's just not as enjoyable. There 5-9 last night and 3-945 today. 1hr5 min to get through IASW. No FP for hardly a thing which I know it's late, but after blitzing through 3, gotta be something. And of course the post fireworks death march.

Epcot and HS have flaws, but I freaking love WS and even FW still gives me good vibes. HS even with a crowd, I've always gotten the studio/hollywood/sunset look. I just feel different at those parks. MK just doesn't feel like fun a lot of the time. Knocked out all of AL and BTM in short order yesterday, but in between it was just bleh.

We are going early on Thurs so that will help a little, but even though all the parks have been ridiculous, it's just a totally different feeling. At least the PM was good through SM again!
