For what's most important in the projects for our review style I think Pi is right in it's the projects that are mix of practicality and originality that tend to do well

We're going to try our best to be consistent with that we're looking for something in the 'Goldilocks' range.

I would also say the main factor beyond it being a mix is 'purpose' and that's thanks to @MonorailRed learning that from Joe Rohde in that the 'purpose' of the what you are designing is key, if it doesn't have that, then there's no real foundation to build off of. Answering the 'why' of a land/attraction/resort/etc is something to keep in mind.

We actually had a rubric laid out but ultimately felt as if that would result in everyone just trying to check off boxes rather than thinking for themselves...there are many ways to come to a 'why' or a 'purpose' to something so I think having that open aspect to the projects nets the kind of results we saw in Stanza I and look to be getting in Stanza II!

If you would like to see an early draft of what the rubric was going to look like...it's pretty much how I reviewed before however it's not as restrictive to those boxes and there are unique elements to each project that aren't covered in the chart so please don't use this.

I mostly just like it for the pain chart faces:hilarious:
