Since @TwilightZone technically wasn’t asking the IQotD; thank goodness for that; I shall proceed with my job. Imagineering Question of the Day: If you were to look at an aerial map of Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, you would see that it has room for a second park. What would you like to make that 2nd gate be?
I’d like it be along the lines of DisneySEA or Disney’s version of Islands of Adventure.

I had done this for a one sentence prompt a while back. I definitely would change some stuff looking back, but i still like the idea of an adventure/exploration focused park.

Disney's Grand Adventures Park

A park dedicated to exciting adventures, explorations, mysteries, and dreams. Lands themed to the South American Jungles of Paradise Falls, the beautiful islands around Motunui (from Moana), the exciting metropolis of heroes and Villains known as Bay City (Big Hero 6, Marvel, Incredibles), the mysterious Victorian London back alleys of Baker Street, and the small, explorable island of Destiny Islands (Kingdom Hearts, done in the style of Tom Sawyer Island). Each land will have its own interactive game in the vein of the Pirates Adventure in Adventureland and an overarching game that fills the whole park in the vein of Sorcerer's of the Magic Kingdom to encourage and reward an adventurous spirit and exploration of the park.

Bonus

The entrance is a large cavern that houses Charles Muntz's zepplin so the first real view of the park itself is the large scale replica of the breathtaking Paradise Falls as you exit the cave letting you know that Adventure is Out There!!

Well I was thinking up ideas for my portdisney concept, so naturally this would also be hong kong's second park.
The lands:
Hyperion Wharf: The main street usa of portdisney. Same as dca's, but with more shops.
Lock Ness: The fantasyland of portdisney. The main headliner attraction here is a dark ride where guests board a submarine and find not only alantis, but also the loch ness monster at the same time! What good luck there. : P
Adventure Island: The adventureland of portdisney. The main attractions would be a moana themed fire mountain/
Frontier Bay: the frontierland of portdisney. The main attraction being western river expedition.
celestial canal: the tomorrowland of portdisney. The main attraction being an aquatic version of alien encounter (instead of a giant bug-like dragon, you're getting a giant squid-like dragon).

question: if you were to retheme tower of terror into anything, or make a tower of terror type ride with a new theme, what would it be?
For me it would be roger rabbit, more on this later.
Here's the "more on this". You see I came up with this, because I found out that sunset blvd. at one point was going to be roger rabbit's hollywood (I already knew about rrh, just not the sunset blvd. thing.). So my idea is that scene in the movie where eddie is in the elevator with droopy. The story here is that guests are supposed to meet a big toon star (I guess mickey), but the stairs are too wonky for humans, so they have to go to the elevator. Every drop is a different and bizarre toon location.

Disney’s Spirit of Adventure
1st/Entry zone: Port Exploration
2nd zone: Fairytale Forest
3rd zone: Heroes’ Harbor
4th zone: Villaintown
5th zone: Buccaneer Bay
6th zone: Paradise Falls
7th zone: Polynesia
8th zone: Mysterious Island (Not a clone of TDS)
9th zone: Discovery Peninsula

This is so cool!!! I love it!
I just got home:cyclops:

A Wonders of the World park would be neat -- something that showcases landscapes and history, sort of like a mix between DisneySEA and MK
That would be really cool! You could have each land be based on the seven wonders of the world (loosely) which I think could be interesting.

So as it turns out there’s no official list of the (new) seven wonders of the world, but I definitely think it would be a fun idea. Also, I thought Disney Cinamagine Park didn’t sound that terrible, after I figured out that it was supposed to be cinema + imagine (which took me like five minutes, so I suppose that’s a negative). It’s certainly better than Hollywood Adventure IMO, which I think is an awful idea. Just shows that no matter what happens they will end up with criticism. Of course, it would be easier to come up with a good name if they could come up with a cohesive theme for the park.
