We did an Animaniacs Tower of Terror last year in SYWTBAI -- I feel like a lot of non-Disney cartoons could work well in a zainy hotel ride.

I did star wars for my dream park. You get caught in a force battle between Rey and Kylo.

I’m not sure, if it where to remain IP-less, I was playing with a concept that I called “Thunder Mesa’s Forgotten Mines” but ended up discarding it. Basically, you would board a Mine Elevator and explore the Mines beneath (and at it’s highest some destinations within the Ghost Town) Thunder Mesa’s own Ghost Town. Some of the show scenes would include ghost miners still working, a pub with ghost cowboys, and when you reach the lowest point you’ll have a close encounter with a T-Rex (or some other creature, didn’t think it through), you’ll even be able to feel it breathing from behind.

However, if an IP is necessary, then I would like developing something with the Muppets, which in my opinion are underused and could lead to some wacky and funny rides.

Really?!?!. I was expect that and my win ratio to be low. Now I feel like I need to chip off more rust and start using steroids like most Older Baseball players to get back to their peak.

Have fun with that snow. It's 78 here
