Spirit forums are always a great source of information, I just don't venture out into that area too often.. Some people over there scare me... You either have the doom and gloom or the pixie duster.. Spirit is one of the few rationals.

The people who came up with that idea should reconsider their position at Disney. The only things that can stop it from happening at WDW as DL has it on go. Is Shanghai flops hard, and strains even more of the budget, and the executive realize that the WDW version is a completely different animal from the DL one.

I gave up keeping up with that thread it expanded too much....

While I don't like TOT as a ride I agree SAVE TOT!

There are also the Katiebugs...there an inane breed the most recent said they should remove the stretching room from HM due to it scaring her five year old princess.

I gave up keeping up with that thread it expanded too much....

I read that and laughed manically...

Also Shanghai won't flop... China won't let it.. (i.e. It could flop and China will force civilians to goto the park to make it one of the most successful park openings ever)

Exactly.. This has happened with a few attraction in the past. This information (which I have heard confirmation from other ppl then spirit) was most likely leaked in an attempt to save ToT.

No not Bob it was Bob, but not Bob. There are three Bobs in charge -
  • Bob Iger - CEO and lack of creative ideas
  • Bob Chapek - Runs Parks , and used to run the stores. I don't know how running stores = running parks? He requested a greater Marvel presence
  • and Bob Weiss - the like able one. He's in charge of Imagineering now.

Most likely, Bob Weis is most likely too busy trying to "fix" Shanghai and a few other things.. You don't even wanna know the Cluster%@# that is Shanghai. Like how they are Guaranteed a second gate, also lets not talk about the money that is currently tied up in the second gate for Hong Kong that may or may not happen. (There is a lot of Drama in Hong Kong right now).

I'm just ready for the Dry Docks to open up so that the two new cruise ships can get under way.

Chappie probably came up with it, but I'm sure Iger loves it. Weiss, on the other hand, probably hates it.
