Ummm. . . I hope you don't mean you can't see signs & license plates while you're driving! If you don't like wearing glasses, I highly recommend having LASIK surgery. I would do it again in a heartbeat. There are so many amazing sights at WDW. You don't want to miss any of them.

then you dont have great eyesight...

Its an "eat's, shoots, and leaves" type thing.

He was referring to the way the original sentence could be construed to mean she cannon see license plates and brand names located on street signs.

Of course street signs dont have license plates or brand names on them (well some may have brand names) so therefore nobody, even with excellent, eyes sees them.

Now, whats that about if a joke needs to be explained ...... :D

Wear your glasses. I have glasses, as I too cannot read license plates or street signs.

I wear them when driving, for movies, and for some other things. However I can function without them as well. There is just a lot more to see with them on.

I don't allways wear them because I am lazy.

I should get contacs, just never got around to it.

I also hated wearing glasses. All my previous trips to Disney have been experienced with short sightedness.

But then i decided to wear contact lenses. If you don't want the risk of laser eye surgery, they are the greatest thing ever! Definately try them, they are very difficult to get used to putting in for the first couple of months, but work through it, and it will be one of the best things you ever do, it was for me.

I am really excited for my first trip to the world with good eyesight! Muppet Vision 3D will be even better! :sohappy:

Whenever I am in Central Florida and see Disney, I immediately lock up my wallet and make sure the car windows are closed and doors shut.

Disney has a way of making the money fly away, right out of my wallet. . .

Ok first of all, I can barely understand a word you're saying here with the random capitalizations and lack of punctuation and words next to each other that don't go together.

I have no idea what it is you're asking. But from what I can decipher, it sounds like if you can't see, and you have glasses to correct this problem, then you should...um...wear them? :hammer:

If you don't like glasses, wear contacts. If you don't like contacts, get lasik.

By the way, if you're only complaining about not being able to see license plate letters, your vision is not as horrific as you make it out to be. Before I had lasik I could not see anything further than 6 inches away.
