So I noticed tonight that the sign outside the Mickey Meet and Greet at MK that formerly advertised meeting Tinkerbell had been replaced by a second Mickey Mouse sign. Pretty disappointing decision by Disney to not return Tink to a regular meet and greet. Just another in a long list of characters that should be seen in the park daily, not just relegated to a parade or special event.

Stitch and Pocahontas have meet and greets listed in the app this morning in Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom respectively.

Doombuggies has been reporting that they're testing a new effect in the Haunted Mansion's library with one of the staring busts having some kind of animation.

• Aug 30 -- Star Wars open-world computer game, "Star Wars Outlaws" releases {moved from 'sometime in 2024' to Aug 30}

• A new DVC Lounge in MK replacing where the Frontier Shooting Gallery was. {added}
• The new Pirate's bar, originally going into the old Pirates League (now closed) is going into Tortuga, which closed early June 2024 for the makeover. It will be similar to Oga's with reservation needed and a 45 minute stay. Serves alcohol and an unknown menu (bar food? QS?). Standing and seating. No window or carry out service. Status of Pirate League space unknown. {change in status from Pirate League takeover to Tortuga takeover }
