I think I figured out what the progress for the corn dog stand is so slow. The ladder only works part time there.

They need to turn the volume of the music WAY the heck down... And only use the instrumental version without lyrics until you reach the top of the mill lift. That's going to get VERY obnoxious very quickly. My thoughts exactly. Hoping this is just for testing but then again why choose that...
