The restaurants I'm doing on my next trip

I don't think it sounds like too much food. We eat 2 sit down meals a day. But, our breakfast is something like a banana before we leave for the parks, so lunch is early around 11:00 or 12 with dinner from 6-8, depending on those pesky reservations.

Some comments on the restaurants

Hotels:
-V&A (that's like a different level of dream haha)- Well worth the price at least once and Id Suggest the Chefs Table.
-California Grill (really want to do brunch there)- The brunch is very good. I prefer Narcoosees brunch but Cali Grill Brunch is still really good
-Artist Point- The food is ok, but, Ive never been sure why this is a Sig restaurant. Shulas, Jiko, Tiffins, and Yachtsman all do steak much better.

Epcot:
-Monsieur Paul's- Did this once and found it to be quite pretentious. Not much food for a very high price. If the quality was a lot higher, then it would be worth it, but, VA is so much better.
-Coral Reef- Was pleasantly surprised the last time I went. Prior the food had been going downhill, but, it has come back to a reasonable level. Not as good as Flying Fish or Boathouse, but, decent.

Hollywood Studios:
-50's Primetime- For A "fun" place it may be one of the best right up there with Beaches and Cream and Whispering Canyon. The food is pretty good and if you get a great server, the experience is wonderful.
-Brown Derby- My last trip was the first time in many HBD disappointed me. The food was ok and the service was not up to par. But, this tends to be the only restaurant Ill eat at in Studios.

Animal Kingdom:
-Yak & Yeti (table service)- Good food, good service. This is a very underrated restaurant. Was the best place to go at AK until Tiffins and Nomad opened. Between Tusker for breakfast and then Y&Y for a late meal, its not a bad choice at all.

Disney Springs:
-Paddlefish- Oh Fultons Crabhouse...haha...Paddlefish was one I had such high hopes for. 3 visits later, Ill stick with Boathouse for seafood in Springs and any other place for other stuff. There are so many better choices at Springs with Boathouse, Homecoming, Morimoto, Raglan, and even Splitsville.

2 Sit downs are ok as long as they are spaced out. Early Breakfast/Late dinner, lounge or quick snack at lunch or as you mentioned, grab a piece of fruit for breakfast and then do an early lunch and late dinner. I just dont know how you can fit 3 sit downs in a day and not have spent too much money or not be able to really enjoy all of the food you want to try. But, it is personal preference and I was just making a comment/opinion based on experience in eating at the parks and resorts quite a bit. There are times I only make one Sit down ressie a day and just swag it the rest of the time because I want the flexibility to do whatever.
