Ah yes, the resort that is in a current building spree of new parks, attractions, refurbishments, and exciting events.

I don't know how a resort with two new world-class coasters is trashy.

And just increased its APs by 150 as well as talking about reservations.

It's not as well kept and the employees aren't as courteous or polite as Disney CM'S.

Well now that depends...

Having spent plenty of time at both locations, I've met great staff and rude staff at both, but predominantly great staff at both.

Unless you’re planning on visiting WDW at least 3 times (15 park days), annual passes just aren’t worth the money.

Universal can at least justify the $150 increase as they are actually building stuff...

The Universal survey about reservations was only asking about your experience and how it could affect your trip planning. I don't think Universal is actually interested in implementing reservation systems, they just want to know how bad Disney screwed themselves.
