I wouldn't say it's "horrible". It's just not something I would want to experience more than once. I actually liked it better when it was ExtraTERRORestrial Alien Encounter, the Stitch overlay just seems like an afterthought

Happy& helpful guests!
Some gave my little crazies front row seats to the parade, some stepped aside as I chased my 4y/o across Tomorrowland & some helped me find the nearest bathroom
It was such a pleasant surprise! People. Being kind

I have noticed that too. And when I'm there I usually try go out of my to make sure other guests are enjoying the parks, especially younger children. I absolutely love the wide-eyed looks on their faces during parades, etc
