And so it begins.
A bit of randomness....
Apparently, this repair job requisition got relegated to the Fix the Yeti Division.
I thought the POC was good too.Lots of construction in this corner of Future World and going to get worse over better with the new restaurant build. At night you can see the light shining for construction from the American Pavilion all the way to Ellen's when they dim the lights for Illuminations, one is bright like a search and rescue beam.

This was a winner at Taste of the Flowers. Beef and Slaw. Both the sauces and the meat were done very well, better than the UK's version.

I'm glad this 'Fad' with socks is lasting. I bought my DS a pair of Green Aliens.

I rode this boat as much as I rode the Moving Park Bench this trip.

Can't fault Disney here, they're working and working hard on this thing.

This is the night I deemed I can't be riding Splash in the evening even with it being 88 that night.

People Watching I really think the change was missed and went over most guests head that there was a change. It works, it is perfectly fine.

That distortion caused quite a mixed review. DS most likely will skip it in the future, and he isn't happy about it. This was one of his favorites, but that 45 degree bend in the tower is terrible. Me, I like that it doesn't end at DL anymore. I would do it again, but try very hard to wait for the middle seating.I only rode non B once over a dozen times and then some. The distortions really do dramatically impact several scenes. But what I did notice is some of film does offer things that you don’t notice unless you’re in A or C. Payback? Due to the good fortune of a seat mate she was noting items I missed closer to the bottom where you have to look over your Own knees to see directly below. I genuinely enjoy watching pastries and candies along with ice creams treats being handmade by cast members

Any form of liquor at Disney is expensive. As much as I enjoy some of the specialty adult beverages throughout WDW my go to drink of pleasure is wine. Since I resort hopped for my Month At Disney I went from a few values to Deluxe Resorts. When I'd check into a new resort this trip I'd purchase a bottle of wine from the food court or gift shop depending on where it was sold in that particular resort. It was quickly noted that the bottle of wine cost greatly varied.
To my surprise a bottle of wine, nothing special in any resort was cheaper in a Deluxe Resort than a moderate. The Highest I paid was $23 at Pop and a single prepacked glass of wine at the resort was $7.50 and it was a pretty rock bottom glass of
Chardonnay. Quickly learned to purchase the wine from a moderate or better a deluxe resort before my next resort hop.
The World Showcase was the worst and I did most of my Adult Beverage drinking other than wine cause wine was beyond ridiculous. It ranged from kiosks Italy $13 to France $7.50 in a tiny tiny plastic cup. It was a 3 ounce pour. The standard pour of wine is 5 ounces and most bartenders will go 5 2/3 to 6 oz so a 3 oz pour at $13 or even $7.50 is crazy. I didn't think to take a photo so I borrowed one from the world wide web. This is the size of wine glasses when you buy a flight of 3 or 4 to taste different wines. Epcot has gone to selling flight sized glasses as a standard pour. Me I favor wine because it doesn't land me loopie. Still a 3 ounce pour? Would beer drinkers accept a half sized bottle of beer? I know beer is sold in half sized portions during the summer months for keeping them cooler and such. But Would guest pay $13 for a half sized bottle of beer?
I wish they still served food there. Just a grab and go would be awesome.Tom Sawyer Island
After a discussion of the Island I made a point of visiting the island. The only wait was for the raft to return to load us and the same going back. Maybe a dozen people. A family was exploring the Fort and seemed to be enjoying it. Sprinkled around the island were some people sitting in the shade relaxing at the scattered picnic tables. @MySmallWorldof4 this might also be a place for your gang to have a lunch. The island was only open for 6 hours when I was there from 10am until 4pm.

I still wish that one theater could be for California. I really miss the smells in that one.I only rode non B once over a dozen times and then some.
