Pre-Trip The OMG are you serious? Pre- Trip Report

[/IMG] Hello to all of my WDW magic friends.

Some of you might remember me from when I attempted to write my first ever trip report back in February. Well a combination of adulting (ugh) and the fact that it was already 6 months past my trip and I had taken zero notes made that trip report become a failure.

Please don't be mad at me. I was VERY disappointed in myself for not finishing but this time I will be prepared and it will all begin with this Pre- Trip Report

In case I am new to many of you my name is Alisa. Born and raised in NYC and now living in New Hampshire with my prince and better half. I am a certified Walt Disney Addict, I have been traveling to the world every year since I was 2. Im the kind of addict who cries at a mention of Spectromagic and when driving under that big beautiful welcome sign. My prince on the other hand went on his first trip last year with my whole family (Thanks Dad). Below is a picture of all of us last August.

That is me and my prince charming on the left, the best boyfriend a girl could ever ask for.

We both work and adult pretty hard sometimes. My prince works on the road so sometimes he is gone for weeks or month at a time. It's really hard spending time apart so when we are together we try to make every second count. Dinners, vacations, road trips you name it. We like to do stuff and make memories together whenever possible.

So fast forward to last week and he was going to be home for a few weeks so we head down to Mexico for an all inclusive much needed vacation. We were having an absolute blast. Swimming, bike rides, ziplining, mayan ruins the works. The photos below pretty much sum up the epic adventure that was unfolding. I know they are non Disney but thought you guys would enjoy. Thats us diving into a prisine hidden cenote. The clearest water I have ever seen in my life.

Anyway the last night rolls around and we're relaxing in the room and my prince hands me a card and says "I don't know how this got into my bag". I open it and there is my favorite Mouse staring back at me. I'm starting to freak out a little bit and when I open it it says i know your birthday is still a ways away but its time for us to start planning our Disney adventure together. I immediately start crying so hard. Not only had he already booked the trip but that also meant that he was going to be home for my birthday (which isn't always the case). I still can't believe he had already planned the whole thing by himself, I thought I was going to have to drag him back to Disney by his beard lol. We will be in the world October 25th - October 30th and are staying at the Coronado Springs. My birthday is October 26th. He said him and my parents went back and forth a lot on whether or not to tell me now or as I was getting on the plane on the 25th but everyone decided I would want to make dining reservations and all that fun stuff and they were right.

So there you have it the extremely long winded version of how this trip came to be. I will be back in a bit with all the specifics.

Wow... I'm impressed that you already have all your outfits all picked out. I can never do that for some reason. I always have to decide how I'm feeling that day for the most part. There are a few exceptions though. I'm really glad that you got your CG reservation for your birthday. It's getting so close!

I will most likely change my mind once I get there too. My boyfriends is away for the next couple of weeks with work so I have lots of time to plan things lol.
