Agreed, Marky, and I don't much care if Steve gets rid of post counts, but for people who post just to hear themselves, it won't stop them from spamming to see their name all over...

And I happen to think you have lots of interesting things to say. :)

Why.......didnt you know that moose is the spam king?! Hes a cerified spamaholic!! I try to keep up w/ him but I just cant find the time!! I suppose for those of us that have lives its not easy to get a post count like mooses :D :p

Well, if you check in the forum updates section, you will see that Steve is considering getting rid of post counts to put an end to the spamming.

I don't care if he stops post counts, as long as the spam stops. And if stopping post counts won't stop the spamming, then I'm all for closing the accounts of people who can't handle themselves...

You know, Moose, DisneyFreak is one of the sweetest people I know. He tried to make a point in a nice way, as several others have not just in this thread but throughout the forums.

Moose, you are taking away from the fun and entertainment of some of the other people around here. Jealous of your spamming ways? I think not....Get a grip.

Maria......that hurt:( The only time I've done something like this is when replying to mooses posts and he and I drifting off topic and continually razzing each other. I've never come in and intentionally post for my count to go up. I've contacted moose via PM and sugested that we keep our foolishness to PM's. This should not be a problem any longer.

You've really got me upset! I cant stop thinking about this! I have never come in here with the intentions of posting just to boost my post count.......I hate that anyone would think that I do this.Has anyone else noticed me "spamming"?

Where Spam is concerned, the intent is not as important as the content. Guilt is in the eye of the beholder.
