I could guess from the context that this curious expression, perhaps word, was an expression of happy exhuberance, but I did once ask in a Chit Chat thread, "Just exactly what does 'wOOt' mean?"

No-one answered. Crickets chirped in empty meadows.

I had the same experience! Damn kids. Maybe they just didn't want to explain what a nerdy expression that is. Based on D&D for gosh sakes!

Funny story on those lines....when I was in high school, I worked at a fast food restaurant and we had a sign on the drive through window that said "Condiments on request." We had a guy come throught the drive up and he said, "Y'all have comdoms????? Are they free?" I was laughing so hard, I had to go get the manager.
