I don't know how I am. I think I'm numb and dumb right about now.
How are you?

Numb and dumb sounds about right! I slept lousy last night, but I'm trying to finish a ton of laundry and straighten the house. Joel's teacher is making a home visit tomorrow, and we'll talk about next school year and his quarterly progress report, which I got today. Most of his IEP goals are showing adequate progress or mastered. His weakest area seems to be using scissors and cutting independently. Something to work on this summer...

Allie went to a celts game a week ago with her family and i asked her 2 days ago about the dance team and she said "UGH! they're out there not even that good dressed half naked in these bikini things that barely even cover them at all..."


and my response was "perfect... so when we going to a game?"



she got mad... and then i told her how i was on the celtics homepage and came across the dancers homepage and her exact response was "of course you did... "


then I proceeded to tell her about Whitney who speaks spanish and studied in spain for a little while and is an aspiring actress..."


she then called me a creep...

I got a letter yesterday saying our big trial (the one that all this was about) was scheduled for next week. Right in the middle of our trip. And couldn't be continued. Sooooooo I pretty much fell apart last night in MJ. :lol:

But... we had a little meeting with all the lawyers and people involved today and we think we may have found a solution that makes everyone happy (mostly me :lookaroun) and keeps it all out of court... which means if we can get it all signed off on by tomorrow at 5 pm we can still go on our trip and we don't have to go to court next week - but if not... then we'll still be cancelling. It's alot of work and alot of people/prosecutors/cops etc have to sign off on it, which means finding everyone too.


It's a long shot but our lawyers are working hard on it... so we shall see.

sorry, I had to disappear for a while...work got in the way.
