The Imagineering Break Room

The resort will also refurbish its current resort rooms and transform its landscape with floating gardens and an island oasis that connects the resort through a series of bridges.

Sounds like the Caribbean Beach Resort:bored:

-- It's very vague...but Coronado already has a series of bridges and gardens.

Maybe it's an upgraded version they're talking about.

Oh space don't be so silly, it's all in Disney's plan to make an Art of Animation stay the same as one at a Deluxe cost wise. The following prices may not match up with yours, but its for my planned trip this year -

My brother suggested to just ride the animals they have at the lodge. I'm not so sure that's the way to go about transportation though :p

As much as I like Disney showing some love to the resorts, they are eventually going to just price us out completely. Even the value resorts won't be a value.
We usually just end up staying on property for about 2 nights on our trips.
The convenience and experience are great, but prices getting hard to justify.
Michael folks have some DVC points so we occasionally will use a few of those as well. Just crazy when I can by an extra vacation from RCI at a really nice resort a short drive away in Kissimmee for a week for the same price as 1-2 nights at somewhere like WL.
Some people hate it, but I think Swalphin may actually be the best deal on property right now. If you hunt you can find some good rates, rooms just refurbed and you can walk to DHS and Epcot

We should compare lists:p
Top Ten Things To Do (No Particular Order) - Sorry if these are the overly touristy things, but I find these are the places the tourists stick too:

1. New England Aquairum
2. Walk the freedom trail
3. See a Bruins and/or Celtics game
4. Visit Faneuil Hall
5. Go on a whale watch
6. Visit/Shop At Newbury Street
7. Ride on a duck boat
8. Visit The Boston Common (And ride a swan boat)

By far my favorite restaurant is Giacomo's in the North End. There's one in the South End as well, but I find the North End one is better. It's a tiny place with maybe about 15-20 tables, so you have to get there 45 minutes to and hour before it opens (usually at 5-ish) to be in the first seating.

Chili's
The Good in Boston

Mr. Bartley's Hamburgers - it's by Harvard -- the best and affordable!

Max Brenner -- it's the "date night" place. :p

Dillon's -- very affordable for college kids. (and even better if over 21;))

Top of the Hub -- if you go there during the day, you don't have to pay the insane prices you do at night (it's shirt and tie though) and you get a drink or something to feel fancy.

Oh haha I was going for restaurants:p

Yes I agree with this list -- first year of college we did most of this except for the whale watch, and then I realized in order to do well you have to actually study so all of these trips stopped.:joyfull:

I think I've walked past Giacomo's -- never been in though!

BMC is down in the South End everyone kept saying "oh you gotta go to the restaurants!" Nope:hilarious:

I think the only one I went to was Blunch for a sandwich in-between classes. Other than that it was mostly the school cafeteria or Subway, whatever was cheapest.:p
