The Imagineer Season 3-- Sign Ups!

Big news!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This third season of the Imagineer was said to be big, and it is. We have a couple announcements for you all this season.

Our biggest announcement is that we will no longer be on WDWMagic Forums, the decision has been made that due to the fact of having interest from many people from various internet forums, we thought that we should have our own website devoted to being a 'neutral' playing field for Imagineers around cyberspace, the new location: The Imagineer.

For those of you who have signed up, you know who you are, please make an account over on those boards, and you automatically have a spot in this season, congratulations!

Another announcement we have is of three new powers that will be given out during the season (thank you to last season's Chronomyous for the idea):

1) Park Hopper- a project trading power, where the holder of this power can 'trade' for another project in another park. It can be used either during Individual or Group Projects. If you choose to use during a Group Project, it will work like the next 'prize' (the SingleRider)... With this pass, you STILL NEED to turn in a project and could possibly be eliminated.

2) Single Rider- this power can only be used during Group Projects. It will take the team member away from the group, and they will work on the project themselves. So the group(s) will turn in a project, and then the power holder will ALSO turn in a project.

3) FastPass- the final power, will be the most coveted, and will be a basic 'Non-Elimination' Round pass. The holder of the pass will be able to be skip to the next project. They can either help their team (if in teams), or not do anything, its up to them... They will have the privelage, to basically have a 'free week'.

With the various powers outlined, you might be asking "How do I Get One of These Passes?" Well I have the answer for you, you can acquire one of these passes one of two ways: 1) Become the winner(s) of our sister competition, League of Dreamers (NOTE: They will be randomized, SO you dont know which one you will get), or 2) Win them in our Non Elmination Challenges which we have throughout the season this season.

This season we will have some special guests throughout as well, Guest Judges, who will they be?? Sign Up And See! Not only will the Guest Judges be here when one of us (MaterA113, TrevorA or Disneyson1) is out, but they will also return in the end of the compeition and judge you in your final projects (whoever is in the finals, but more on that when the time comes).

A Final Announcement we have pertains to the players of the League of Dreamers. Any player who participatede in the League of Dreamers (and is currently in it) has an automatic spot in the game all you have to do is head on over to the Season 3 Sign Ups on our new site, and 'confirm' by registering, AND posting in the Sign Up thread, that you confirm and would like to play.

Maybe with these announcements you all will be intrigued to play?? Oh, and one more thing, SIGN UPS HAVE BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL SUNDAY AUGUST 8th!!! But only on the new forums.

Project 1: Welcome Home!

MaterA113: Welcome to the 3rd season of The Imagineer! As you know, we have a cast that spans over the internet this season, and with new twists around every corner, this is going to be the best season of The Imagineer yet! The website is now down for the third season do I was wondering, does anyone know who won and about the date the comp ended? Thanks! I'm organizing a sort of archive thing.

Season 3 ended in October or November of 2010 if I'm remembering correctly. The season never actually ended so there is no winner. Sad, really. It was an incredibly fun season. Also sad that the forum is down. Some of the projects there were really great.
