Match #1 Part 2 - MonorailRed

Disney's Persian Sands Resort
The Rooms of the Persian Sands Resort are elegant and refined. The colors are themed to the colors of light blue, various tones browns, creams and whites, with a touch of wood patterned carpet and darker wood furniture through the rooms. The bathrooms are filled with Thailand style stone mixed with a small amount of mosaics, with beiges and tans taking over the area. The Persian takes up the old building space of Aruba and Jamaica.
Check-In is a bit more extravagant than it's sister resorts, with the lobby similar in space and design to Coronado Springs. This is because this resort has a business center as well. Check-in and Concierge can be found in the Lobby.
The kid's TV Area has a small nod to Aladdin, with the TV on the merchant's stand with the lamp nearby.
On certain days, a Cast Member will let a child hold a magic lamp, and if an effect happens, the Genie will grant the child and their family one night at the Persian Sultan Suite. Though, it is usually taken by business leaders doing conferences at the business center.
A small shop selling coffees, teas, Joffrey's, and Starbucks blends is located near the resort's pool, it is themed to a traditional indoor tea house and also serves pastries for an "On the Go" option. This location can be somewhat compared to the Joffrey's Tea Traders at Disney Springs and Tangerine Cafe at Epcot.
The Resort's pool is themed to a refined private palace pool, with a beautiful fountain in the center cascading into the water of the pool. A water play area themed to the genie from Aladdin is found nearby in a secluded area.
World Cove
Replacing Old Port Royal Centertown is World Cove, a place that is known for Commerce, Community, and Creativity. It’s backstory is that ship travelers from all over the world have ventured to this cove of mixed cultures as a in-between port, stocking up on goods and doing business with other Captains.
This Cove is a centerpiece in the Disney Beaches Resorts Lineup, featuring a giant pool, a large quick service, a gift shop and a table service. Although World Cove has the same Caribbean architecture, it showcases the colors of India and old Spain. The Cove is also sprinkled with little trinkets of small cultural items from India, the Mediterranean, and the Middle East.
Taste Traders
The new quick service option for the resort is located The Cove called Taste Traders. This quick service follows the style of Art of Animation with a "Pick and Choose" style menu. The Menu is pretty standard to every other moderate and value resort's quick service choices, though for dinner, they're are custom dishes from Italy, Greece, Thailand and the Middle East.
MyMagic+ Room Service
Many resorts after a great refurbishment or a brand new usually receive test amenities, whether it be food quality, transportation, or activities. The Beaches sister resorts will be no different. Through the power of MyMagic+, guests will be able to pre-decide breakfast options and have them delivered to their room at a specific time (Similar to the Be Our Guest Lunch MyMagic+). This is a test for future Moderate and Deluxe Resorts and surprisingly, this test is included in the Dining Plan under One Snack and One Quick Service Credit.
Voyager's Lounge
Dine in a dark wood lounge and hear stories of sailors and explorer's through current "Voyagers" who frequent the lounge (Cast characters). This restaurant has different tastes from Italy, Greece, Thailand, China, Japan, and the Middle East. The ambiance is a one of a kind fusion of Le Celliar Steakhouse and the previous Adventurer's Club. Speaking of the Adventurer's Club, if reservations are full for this restaurant, feel free to visit the interactive bar themed to the leader of the Adventurer's Club.
Pleasure's Tavern
This Interactive Bar is themed to the founder of the old Aventure's Club. You can find various items from the old Pleasure Island being shipped in crates to his "New Location". Props from the Fireworks Factory and the Adventurer's Club can be found here. Even an Interactive AA version of Colonel Critchlow Suchbench can be found talking to guests from time to time.
Verne's Fort
Found in the center of World Cove is Verne's Fort. Known for being the hideaway for an actual Jules Verne, this Fort became sunk when the Giant Squid from battle of the Nautilus took down one of it's walls. Today, the giant Squid is still lurking the new lagoon, spraying water into the depths of the water. A Fort Water Tower play area can be found nearby, as well as slides around the fort.
Transportation
The Persian has it's own bus stop while the Thai and the Mediterranean share. this helps regulate flow for business traffic.
Conclusion
As a summary, this is now the tri-fecta of moderate resorts. The three small resorts make them all on the higher price range for moderate, with the Persian Sands being the most expensive, the Thai Beach being the "middle" priced moderate, and the Mediterranean Sands being the cheapest.
The location between Epcot and Hollywood Studios makes it perfect for the subtle movie references in the resorts, with the high cultural areas. The Santorini family suites give a middle priced option for people who would like better amenities than All Star Music or Art of Animation, and would not be interested in a DVC Villa. The Business Center at the Persian adds more moderate convention space foe local companies. Lastly, World Cove offers a time machine into Walt Disney World's past in a flair only Disney could produce.
Overall, losing the Caribbean Beach theme for three other hotels could give serious attendance at this currently "eh" moderate resort.
