Hey guys! I'm joining this game, so I thought I'd introduce myself! I live in Florida and love both WDW and UOR, so I also am very interested in imagineering. I'm very excited to see how this competition goes! Also, I'm a Hufflepuff. :happy:

Perfect, I can handle that: Can you handle this:
Code:
let tap = UITapGestureRecognizer(target: self, action: "doubleTap")
        tap.numberOfTapsRequired = 2
        useful.addGestureRecognizer(tap)

        swipeableView.didStart = {view, location in self.removeTop()}
        swipeableView.onlySwipeTopCard = true

        //Get Gesture dection for deleting previous
        let swipeRight = UISwipeGestureRecognizer(target: self, action: "removeTop")
        swipeRight.direction = UISwipeGestureRecognizerDirection.Right
        self.view.addGestureRecognizer(swipeRight)
My cousin is currently one of the top students at Auburn University for computer engineering. If you need help I am almost certain he can assist you, given he is not busy.

I can explain this! Wizards are big on tradition (They still use inches! :eek:) so they haven't changed in hundreds of years, since Hogwarts was founded. Originally, the founders didn't agree on who should go to Hogwarts, so they formed the houses. Godric Gryffindor took the brave and courageous. Salazar Slytherin took the pure bloods. Rowena Ravenclaw took the smart ones. Helga Hufflepuff took the rest (not sure on that one, I'm sure there was a better reason)
No it was the rest. And I quote:
"While the other founders took students based on either ambition, bravery, or intelligence, the "Good Hufflepuff" took the rest and taught them all she knew, which is further proof of Hufflepuff's kindness."

I read the Harry Potter book series 2 - 7 all in Spring Break or 9 1/2 days. They were so good :D Of course since I binged read I don't remember most of them :confused: But I do know somethings like :
  • Harry Potter is a Slytherin
  • Draco Malfoy is a Hufflepuff
  • Severus Snape is secrecltly a muggle
  • Tom Riddle is secretly the head of the Harry Potter Fan Club at Pigfarts
  • And my favorite book was Harry Potter & the Temple of Doom
I know I'm the knowitall for Harry Potter things :cool:

I remember the books they assigned for Summer reading at my school. In elementary I got to choose all of my books :D Plus there was a competition to read all the Sunshine State Books. I got super close I was only missing the super boring ones.
In my 6th grade year I had to read Maniac McGee which I never actually read....but I did read Kingdom Keepers 1 - 3 :D
For 7th grade I read the Wednesday Wars it sounded promising, but it wasn't But on the bright side I also read Fable Haven :D
8th grade year I know I read Speak, but that was the end of the year can't remember any of the summer reading books I read. Except that for my additional book I choose The Book Theif.
So far this year I have read The Count of Monte Cristo which I never finished :oops:, To Kill a Mockingbird which was really boring, and just finished 20 minutes ago 1984 which was okay. I have to read some Greek Mythology book t the end of the yea. Probably going to be the Odyssey :cry:. For fun this year I have read Before Tomorrowland, The Kingdom keepers Spinoff based on Disneyland, and I plan on reading Wicked.

Don't. Ever. Read. Wicked.

It will scar you for life. It is nothing like the show, nothing resembling the tone of Wizard of Oz. It is dark, it is awful. It is miserable. I have never hated a book so much in my entire life.

I forced myself to finish thinking there might be some payoff at the end, but it was just miserable dreck...which makes it even more amazing that the show is so good using that source material.

Friends don't let friends read Wicked.

More importantly, WartHogs should have a 100% pass rate. They can use psychic wizard juju and only allow the students who will pass to get in. Then the students will have nothing to worry about while there because they will know that by being accepted to WartHogs, they are destined to graduate.

Do you mean the Sweathogs? Vinnie Barbarino as played by John Travolta?

I'm so old.

Reading isn't my strong suit whatsoever. :p This year, we've read Unbroken for summer reading, a bunch of short stories, A Raisin in the Sun, Romeo and Juliet, Lord of the Flies (which I loved) and A Separate Peace. I'm pretty sure we're also reading A Tale of Two Cities in a few weeks. So many books :p.

Lord of the Flies was great!:D

I remember A Separate Peace now...it was for Theology summer reading (catholic school):p

Good luck with A Tale of Two Cities. Now I'm remembering senior year was mostly Dickens and Tolstoy - Tale of Two Cities then War and Peace:eek:
