Though, I did try "Jif Natural" recently (the crunchy version). It's...not quite as good.
I'm sure it's missing all the soylent green...but, that's just my suspicion.

I'd imagine it would have some impact on a few of your colleagues?
Myself, I'm hoping if it happens, I can look back into moving to UK (the lax internal requirements of the EU meant that they were able to draw talent from inside the EU, instead of needing to look outside so much, which effected immigration in a variety of ways).
Though, I'm dating a girl with UK citizenship currently...so, if we get married, I can be her "dependent"!

Haha my problem isnt uk leaving but Scotland. If Scotland leaves that goes about 10-20% of My jobs funding becuase the UK will have to move all of their navy facilities.I'd imagine it would have some impact on a few of your colleagues?
